Allo allo peoples. Just got the game and went straight into editor but ive noticed the view is like camera-ish + blurry abit. Is that suppose to be like that or am i missing somthing?

Fixed. Stupid e.harddrive was wrong letter so it had my old install (had to switch it) ;-p. Was editing the wrong cfg. Thanks for help twisted.

nedley ive been fekin messing with the bloody game for hours and I have no patience when stuff dosnt go to plan and yes i did follow what you said twisted and it didnt make different in what im on about. THe quality is fine its the way the game is displayed for me., To make it simple " Its not clear image its has a tint of blur to it!!! like an advert thats been touched up" Oh and nedley its not a threat. Its simply stating if I cant get it to work for me im not using it. Why would i keep it ive got arma1.

Nay still didnt work. This is a screenshot (in low settings) and well thats what i see when i walk around fly etc and i cant stand it. If thats how its meant to be then im quitting the game and sending it back. its like a cinematic kind of feel. blurry abit etc.

Id just like to add to this here topic, ahem cough cough cough. I no longer play arma. Not because i dont like it. Because i GOt hooked on sahrani life and its was developed by a load of complete plonkers who got half of the game community turning on one another and well all that crap. But im still going for arma 2!. Ive loved arma from day 1. Yeah bugs but pff for me most didnt even bother me. Arma 2 will prob have plenty bugs but the good thing is they update it and we have a good community! Now im going back to the corner inwait of arma 2 to arrive at my front door -

Rikus you have a game and it works. works fine for me and thousands of other people. Community yaps arma take to long they release it- buggy- but fix with patches. Arma 2 - probably will be buggy abit but its all new islands/vehicles etc etc more features.

There will be im sure people looking at this subject and testing things out to see if trains etc do work. I have few train models that i could convert to try and sure it would work as long as the tracks had [ shape (imagine that 90 degree CCW) then the wheels could be placed inside that. Who says ai have to drive it. if you dont want it dont use it meh. Just have to wait n see. But its like trailers. i want trailers to transport tanks etc or artillery pieces but hasnt happened yet! (i made the dodgest botch job of a trailer but sucks). Lets just wait for more piccys on arma2.com

Well trailers actually can be done as per gnats example of which i replicated. Was pain in but. Trouble i had was the fact the trailer kept bobbing about or if you hit somthing uneven it would fly off though i think gnat made the better example -

Not sure if its been posted but my search keeps locking up Anyway to allow vehicles to tow trailers ie like container trucks trank transporters etc etc. Would be handy for some missions or just generally scooting around map where you need to drop off supplies but must carry on to next location etc. I know it can be done via other methods but it really isnt stable specially driving off road and then suddenly your trailer bounces 500 meters away from you.

Yap i like it alot. couldnt care less if its a beta i think it works fine. Just a few blemishes but meh dosnt really affect anything. Its easier to fly also then i thought. the only time i crashed was when i went to grab my bottle of water!.

Im in the editor of arma. now when i place edgelight it natuurally dosnt light up or anything. What do i have to do to get it to light up? Thanks p.s i tried searching but websites dies on me if i search more then 1 month for some reason.

No Tank Transporter I C :-(. Well actually ive been messing with it myself. Got it in game just not moving aha. Cant wait for rest of units to be ready xD.

Well I and few others have wanted new vehicles mainly civ side and ive been scouting around for something new. Im working on getting a civ bus going for the game (full size not that default mini one BI stuck in their). Â I have fully rights and permissions etc to use the model, import it etc for the game and well this is a quick preview before i break it any more! Yes as jas0n said (as i have msn contact hence he knows) the bus is rather big as details are high (42,000 vertices to be exact) when the game should at most have 10-12,000 vertices (so im told although pictures say otherwise at moment). So i need to do fair bit of work on it first before it will even be driveable in arma plus i am helping few friends out on some crap for game to so il split my work 50/50 . Il update thread when i get progress with pictures also. -bambam

Well so far i have only got it into game. Trouble was it had so many vertices it just wouldnt work so i had to cut seats out (like you see in picture) for it to work. So im now going to figure out what to do with the empty spaces (maybe stand up with the little hand strap thing in air like you see on some old buses. The textures well for now il just do them simple white. That then would allow people to mess around with them and add there own decals. Not sure how long project will take but its getting there! -bambam

I have no idea where it is from. I just happen to know the guy did model buses and i have him on my icq so he allowed me to use it for the game. He does them for various games like vbus and some other ones.

im a fan pick me pick me, Oh wait Well im all for transportation stuff etc rather then just military. Thats why ive imported a new bus (with permission of course). Going to post pic of what i got so far soon. -bambam
