Okay, first of all I do like the addon - especially because im a Brit But it does seem to have a couple of issues: 1) The elevators sometimes merge with aircraft when heading back up, not had issues with taking aircraft down. 2) Somewhere just after the launch alignment sector their appears to be an issue with the level of the carrier, the front wheel gets to this point and suddenly you hit 0 on the airspeed and your aircraft is smoking (or in my case with the F14 w/ full afterburn it blew up on deck) 3) The ramp has the same issue, if you havent taken off before you hit the top thene xpect to explode or hastily eject as your fighter takes critical damage :D Other than these issues the addons fine (so far as I have seen), going to test its air defences now so will get back to you on how well they work. Keep up the good work and hope to get my hands on the Nimitz soon :ok: Edit: Tested the air defences and they are working fine, just remember to drop in the Mandos scripts to get them firing:)

  4. You have to appreciate the position. Steam forums are getting no official responses on whats going on, I haven't even seen a post to say somethings wrong, just Dwarden rightfully bashing a few people who were being morons :D. Now steam users are reluctant to buy any other copies incase it wont work with the steam version (seeing as allot of us had issues just getting CO to work properly), their annoyed that steam didn't put the patch out until the last minute yesterday (well actually it was around an hour after the DLC was supposed to be released), AND that once again were having to wait for something because clearly the way steam was going to release it wasn't tested enough or properly :rolleyes:. I'm not angry with BI Studios (I've owned every game since flashpoint), and im not angry with Steam (Just dissapointed yet again). All were asking for is for an official: "Hey guys, sorry but "insert reason here" is preventing us from issues the BAF DLC, we hope to have it out roughly "Insert timeframe here". Is that a little too much to ask :j:?

    if anything the members of the community who made the stargate mod should be proud that MGM feel endangered if this is a new game their preparing for. They see the high quality of the work and see that it could cause some damage to their sales. Mind you I trualy think companies who do this to modding communities are just sadacts who can do nothing but act bigger, hell if they knew you could hire a better lawyer than theirs theyd back off straight away

    Id have to agree on this point, Shutting down this thread entirely would hurt the mod badly...for the users who are posting pictures that are too large, would just putting links to them hurt?

    Hmmm...Ive been told in a recent episode where they have to destroy a satelite that it uses the yellow textures for rail guns, andybody be able to get pictures of that?

    Dammit boy your quick on those posts . I do prefer blue to the yellow, its the Deadalus ive seen fire those. I will try to get a model of the Prometheus up...pictures are gonna be easy to find.

    Hmmm, the thing is theyve changed the rail guns from Blue to a particular nasty colour of yellow . Well need a vote, blue or yellow, to see wht the community think. Its 1:20am here at the moment. Ill take a look into the prommie after me exams are finished or when i have free study time and see what i can come out with

    Good idea converting the vampires and such into priors, with permission from the author of course. Also A railgun, ground based and one for the 302, would be cool, however we just need to see whats in-store. However I was going to look into the possibility of making the prometheus have the ability to launch fighters off its decks...however I will need to take a look at this and see if the engine could support it. The only way I could see it of working would to make 2 version of the prometheus, 1 that can fly...and the other a static airborne object. You would have to put the heights into the init string at the start when placing units, but im going to see if its doable first. kai

    Unfortunately this is the only fix I can see unless someone wants to make some changes. Â Remember this is just until the updated version comes out. P.S. yeah railguns would rule
