hi i have owed this game for a few weeks and i think its great but to me the vegitation distance doesn't seem to be great and this is max settings has any one else got the same problem or a fix or could FADE be kicking in because of 3rd party addons ?

Put The British army in the game that would make it even better and sort out the units i mean look at the US troops in iraq they look very intimidating wearing full body armour

This is very easy, all you have to do is copy your addons from your original ARMA addon folder to the addon folder located in your Beta folder.  couldn't be simpler if you have any problems or if it is working please let me and anyone else who looks at this topic know. forgot to mention this fixes the weapons bug aswell. which is the bug that stops weapons appearing This does not fix contrast bug   Â

Found a bug using this method with the Behavior setting of the safe function with this setting it makes the unit look like they are climbing a ladder

In a way yes but you still get all the changes like the SF assualt weapon can still be used on full auto correct me if i am wrong but in 1.05 you could only have single or burst and the helmets are still changed to the black helmet in this 1.07 beta patch I give you screenshot if you want prove

i have this problem where i get lots of tiny squares i didn't use to have it since yesterday i have a 8800GTS and this happens sometime on destroyed cars and mostly building and bushes i think it may be a conflict as i have Vista on duel boot or the settings on my nvidia card ? http://i157.photobucket.com/albums/t63/adam8800GTS/destorted.jpg Also i edited the HDR Precision and i have tried both 8 & 16 configeration.

The M4 is just a compact version of the M16. The M4 is more suited to close combat due to its size compared to the M16 which is considered unsuitable for the modern battlefield due to its ageing design and size. hope that answers your question i agree with you about the M4 but can't say much about the M16 as i don't use it that much.

hi this question is about my 430watt psu my specs are P4 3.2 640 1GB DDR2 @ 667mhz BFG 8800GTS 320mb Foxconn board right my question is : my PSU was making a clinking sound whn playing ARMA my graphics card requires 425watts is the PSU clicking because it is under strain and would it cause me too have low FPS due to this ?

Hi i got this card which is aparently 320mb when i look on the DXDIAG it says i have 640mb is this because it is using some of the system Ram or by some chance i have aquired the 640mb model? someone please reply

hi i recently got a BFG 8800GTS 640mb it seems like it could push more FPS out of it but i am pretty sure it is gettin bottle necked my specs are: P4 3.2 HT 8800GTS 640mb 430 PSU 1 GB DDR 2 775 Foxconn motherboard also if it is could someone point me into the direction of a CPU and Motherboard (if Needed) i have tight budget so the cheaper the better

the GFX rquires a minimum of 400watts the RAM is 667MHZ also if i were to overclock my P4 640 what frequencys would be best and what software should i use
