Hey, This is my problem. I want to know where to place and what would be calling line for scripts that are used in many missions in campaign. I read some time ago on ofpec.com that there is a way, but how? I can't check that tutorial on ofpec cause whole website is down. These are just guesses, correct me. I guess, scripts should go Campaign's DtaExt folder, am i right? But then command line... Something like: [] exec "..\Campaignname\DtaExt\Scripts\Scipt.sqs" <-- just wild guess. I wrote this thread cause it's quite hard/slow to test it (need to make campaign every time) so please help. I know this is not so the most important thing, it just decrease file sizes and such. I find that usefull. If someone know, let me know....

Yep, that was what i meant. Thanks, will stop stupid questions now...

You should read it again ECP_Settings.sqf: So every campaign player need to turn it of from ECP settings? But thanks for your information...

Hi, Fast question. At first i say that i've searched readme for this and i am not reading all these 42 pages to look if here have already answered to this. So, my question: Is there anyway to disable ECP's "Release units" action during mission. I don't want it to my missions, it would only happen problems there.. So that was it. Sorry my english, hope someone will understand...

Damned, i'm sorry... Well moderators can delete these, i'll write to correct thread...

Bas_deraj is probably BAS's Delta & ranger stuff. Be sure you have also all stuff that those addons need (for example, if this campaign needs bas deltas, and those deltas need JAM2, you need also JAM2 addons , got it?) I mean check out what addons those deltarangers need and how you have installed them. BAS_Jkawa is probably is kawasaki problem, so check those things... Hope these will help a little.. I got it at last working when i don't use ECP (don't know why this) but now it's working and it's great! Thank you nominesine.. EDIT: nominesine said that it's kawasaki, not kiowa warrior corrected that.

Yup, i wondered what addon could cause this error, there aint any hummer addons. Must be some addon conflict... I had this error also when i tried to test beta version of this campaign... I try to open this without ECP mod... EDIT: Yup, works great without ECP mod... Will test now...

Will test this this evening... Sounds great fun! Thanks for this... Respect... Edit: Still can't view intros cause it whines about "missing addon: humr2". Probably some incorrect installations of addons... Keep looking for errors...

Okay i say this one more time: We are not finishing FDF WW2 expansion. We have worked since August 2004, before FDF officialy told that they're working on WW2 expansion (okay we guessed this little before they officially announced it) but still... And we are not co-operating with FDF mod cause FDF don't want help us, they won't share any stuff with us. So you can forget that "ask FDF can you finish their work" -questions. That's not gonna happen cause they don't want to co-operate. And that's it. And back to topic, we will SOON release pictures of our winter russians and maybe more of winter island. We have quite many members who have bad situations in IRL (fe. Leader Von Rundstedt is in army) or members are otherwise inactive. So we need all kind of members, we need ACTIVE members. You can contact to HateR Kint (who's leader while Von Rundstedt is in army) or me (cause i'm missions team leader).

Stop people going prone?
kallex replied to Vladimir_Berkov's topic in OFP : MISSION EDITING & SCRIPTING
It's not that simple. You need couple vommands for that. So put to init field something like this: <unit> SetUnitPos "up"; <unit> SetBehaviour "combat"; <unit> switchMove "crouch" So, SetUnitPos forces unit to stay up. SetBehaviour makes behaviour of unit to Combat, so unit can go crouch (you can't go to crouch with gun on your back ) and switchMove command forces crouch animation for unit. -

Okay, I thought little time will i put this here or mission editing, but i put it here, it's kinda mission editing question, but Moderators can move this needed. Okay, now let's cut the bullshit. I have mission and i have sounds for it. They're speech, files where some people say something. I have one problem. Voice actors have done great job but sounds doesn't sound very good in battle. For example, there is tank comin in mission, and squad leader shouts to player something like "Tank is coming, destroy it!". The problem is that it plays the sound file, but you can hear in sound that it is recorded in empty room. I can't describe it very well with my english, but you know, in battle there should be some action on background... Now comes the sound with dead quiet background, where is some echos of empty room (or something like that). So have you some tips how to edit sounds bit more realistic or is there anything to do anymore, or do we need to record voices again? Thanks if someone happens to get point of my message...
