Got someone who is working on a CTI. Basicly He just needs to add a flag pole to the options for the build menu of the MHQ. thats about it, he replaced the flag pole with the sand bags and it even said flag pole but it would take the money and not build. If anyone knows of a thread that even covers this plz link me to it. @counterforce: that link didn't work for me

now when you say router do you mean just over the lan so you and some friends can play in your home, or do you mean over the internet and you need to get it past your router. If you are hosting over the internet you'll need to know how to work your router to forward ports... 2302 being OFPs default one... if your having problems with your router get your manual and read, yes directions are something men dislike but it does help. if you don't have it anymore see if you can look up your router online and find a internet version of your router maual. If you can't find shit there just list what kind of router you have in here and maybe someone out there will know how to explain it to you.

well at first when reading this i thought you were talking about a ctf or something in which case i would call you a no good spawn camper..but seeing that it was a CTI and one of my men doing this can change things. Â I don't think it was me and if it was for some reason sry about that. Â But email me at Killbox90@hotmail.com and let me know who it was... some of the guys get drunk and do shit that they shouldn't. Edit: FYI, you spelled 'rude' wrong.

this is the great idea, the issue of lag is what i would worry about. Â with regular cti you got max of 18 ppl, split that among 3 teams you got 6 per team, which isn't to bad. Â but some servers don't like to play 18 players in a cti due to the lag that comes... they play fe and ife editions of the mission, with 14 players max to cut lag...this of course most of you know, but with 14 players divided by 3 you get 4.6666667, so basicly you get 4 per team, or 5 for 2 of the teams and 4 on the other. of course you can even it out by uping the players to 15. Â I just feel that 3 sides building bases, creating vehicles, and flying choppers makes it apear to be just a big lagfest. Â but hey, prove me wrong and build a good, not so laggy 3-way cti, that would rule.

i spent the last 20 minutes searching so any help would be great. basically i have a firing range with the targetE (or what ever it is called), and what to after done destroying all,just hit a button and the all pop back up. I have a basic idea how to do this but am iffy on some of the details.. any scripts that you may know of would be great or any links to pages or thread would help too. thx

not many cable or dsl providers changer your IP every time you connect, cause your always on... its not dynamic for him, i know, the only way he will get his ip changed is if he pays a fee to the company (i have my spys)... Â anyway, i know the ofp can't do that itself, i'm looking for something like a script the server can use or a program that blocks ips from having access all to gether... something along those lines after edit: we just might upgrade to 1.94...

well, got some well known cheaters who need some good banning, but the sob has a id changer....but to bad for him, he logged on to my clan TS server so we banned him and got his IP logged....haha loser, anyway, i need to know if banning IPs in ofp is possible.... if so let me know, or link me to another thread or web page that can help me....thanks Killbox

just a thought for the future, get a make .pbo program (i'll post a direct link in this when i get back to my comp), it works better than the saving the mission to mp or sp i find...depends, if i have a lot of scripts and files, i would use the make pbo.... but thats just me. if you are talking about the briefing, that is done through a .html file that is put in the missions file before compressing into a .pbo... BIS has a tutorial that helped me, you can download it here what do you mean by this, do you want the 2nd target to appear physically or do you what the objective to show up so the player knows they have another thing to kill? if you want the object to apear that could be done through a script, i'm not that great and i aint to great with scripts, maybe someone else could help you with that one...

lol, the only animation list i know is on ofpec....but as almost everyone knows its down, i'll see if i saved the list on my comp and edit this post with it in...(on a school comp at the moment...lol) Edit: I can't spell. -
i was suprised i didn't find any tread with this topic, maybe i didn't look far enough back....anyway, i need multiple respawn points and a way to choose between them. i would have checked ofpec but its down anyway, i have an idea how to do it but i would like to know a good way that is proven to work before i kill my comp because i make something that doesn't work...lol to avoid this and maybe keep my sanity i'm gonna pull apart a few missions i know that use this, and see how they do it. if anyone knows of a tread that already talks about this pls link me to it, any help would be nice.
