Go to <link removed by Placebo> and get the hacked exe file for the  V1.30.  This will at least satisfy the need to play the game until they get get their act together and release a usable product.  I would never tell anyone to use a hacked file but in this case Codemasters really messed up and should not complain. I tried for nine hours trying to get it work using suggestions from other forums.  This is the only one that seems to work.
