Here comes an interesting point to this topic. About a year ago ive read a technothriller and one of the stars on that book said that it is not if somebody uses a virus as veapon of terror BUT WHEN somebody does it. when the author of that book was in tv he said that it is only a matter of time when a idiot starts using a virus against other people. Now we are in a situation where somebody is stupid enough to destroy other peoples lives with bioweapons.
