Hey Hey Anyone know how to create your own ACTION button to the action menu, The menu when you near an object it says: GETIN or whatever, how do create my own button there. and also the command to remove it! Well I seen a map that shoot of the rocket, so must be some commands to make it Go from one stage to the next, then finaly shoot it of. I just not had any time to look into it, but as RED sayed you do have to make the explosion with scripts if you need that. - Btw, i tryed to run a file into mission editor and it reporteted back: File is written protected or something along does line, i right clicked the file and made it UNWritten protected, and yet it keept on saying it was protected. How do you get around that ? -
Hey Hey! I have a thought of makeing a scud in one of my missions, but from all i tryed you can only add it as EMPTY and then you have to moveindriver, and then make it go where you want. Now my question is; can i make it SHOOT of the scud and hit a target, or is it that boring it only shoots UP and then nothing happends ?!!! Best Regards Jeppe Lykke, Denmark

Hey Hey, I currently Learned, how to make camara "so WOHOOOO" and i can make it fix on people and how and where it should point at people.... but is it possible to make the camara fly, eg: i like to make it start from behind the player and fly over him and go infront of him and keep going for some time and then turn around and then have it point back at him coming over the hill.... Hey Hey, First GOOD Game (OPF) It rules I guess in near future a new update will come out for the game. What i like to suggest is that a MENU system of some kind is able to be added to Mulitiplayer Maps, so you can setup a MENU when they die they can choose who they like to respawn as (Soldier,Medic,Sniper) I know you can just ADD them all as playable and then when people connect/server start they choose who they want to be, but some times you might want to change class, and annoying you have to restart_server/reconnect_to_server/make_new_map to be able to change your man. I hope this is something you would consider if possible to be added on a near future update of the game. Best Regards Jeppe Lykke, Denmark

Thats the problem its a Continue's trigger and it do driffent things if A Unit get in, i have 5 units groups that needs to use that trigger! thats why i need the unit = unitname then goto but seems not to be working.! Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp  I cannot seem to get this simple test script to work: Unit Name = Jeppe Trigger: Activation: Repeatedly ON activaction: [] exec "test.sqs" In test.sqs: ?(player == "Jeppe"):goto "Jeppe" goto "TheEnd" #Jeppe Hint "This Works" #TheEnd What is the problem here, i just want it to be able to only work if its that unit that enter the Trigger area! Anyone able to see why that simple thing dont work, and how i can fix it so it do work. Hey Hey, I hope somone can help, i haveing some problems with makeing a little chopper landing. What i have is i made a H (H-PAD) where the choppers can land, i then have when you start the mission at homebase, you see 2 choppers, one that takes off and flys in one direction and one that comes into base and lands on the H. But the problem is it don't land on the H, the waypoint is on the H, but it always flys to far and lands elsewhere and or when it lands it flys littel sideways before landing. (Yes ground total FLAT around Helo-Marker) Anyone know how to fix this, i really have a cool base setup, but it annoys me when a chopper cannot even land on Helo Marker. Is it because it comes into the base in full speed? Do i need to make it slow down some way outside the base and then fly in slowly and then make a landing?! Or do you know a better way! Hey Hey, If you have few scripts that have LOOPS like it check something and every sec goes to LOOP, how much does it lag the server/others connected. Also i have about 15 Triggers that runs over and over, its for a respawn script when it blowsup then a 1min later it returns the craft to homebase. My question is would it lag the server and does connected. And is there anything you suggest you max use of triggers and waypoints, units,items, So you dont have a server that lags alot. Currently the server i hosting when playing is only a P3 1Gz with 512SDram, 32DDRAM Geforce2. Comments pls (: Best Regards Jeppe Lykke, Denmark

Hey All... Anyone have a respawn script or any idea how i can make 5 random respawn places on a map when you die it waits i dont know know say 5-10 sec and it random select one of the 5 respawn places and you start from that location. I Hope you can help i badly needs this for a mulitplayer map ALL VS ALL! Hey Hey I like to learn abit about scripting a script, and i have this trigger that repeats it self each time a UNIT enters it. Now what i need to learn is how to make something like if Unit1 = Soldiers23 Goto :Unit1 :unit and it script here and a exit command so it dont perform any other command thats below this. Guess nonone does (THIS IS not the script just end exsample) Could you give me few info how to make it... like say i have a script: ("This is the part i dont know") i know thats not the correct command, but i need to know what to write after the command to make it GOTO that section and what do i write in the section so it knows this is the section it should jump to. Hey, I currently building a tank war in mp, is there anyone able to help me build a script or what ever it takes to make a respawn place. What i need is you respawn with a "tank + crew" each time. So when you die you start in your  "respawn area" with a tank and crew so you ready to drive into war again. Ps, Sorry if this has been asked but i have search/view the forum, and diden find anything so if i overlooked sorry, but i really really needs help on this to complete my mp map. Hey ! I currently trying to play with "scripts" like when a person enters a "trigger" insted of writteing alot of "lines in that littel edit box" i like it to run a script, is that possible and if so, what is the command to run the script?
