IS there an international scoring systeM? or does (or can) every nation have their own method?... that would be interesting. of those 3 links only the norway newspaper ranks Norway (its own country) obove the US.. the rest list the US at the top<span id='postcolor'> So, explain this then: How can Austria be ranked higher than Germany (Germ: 3 gold, 5 silver, 1 bronze - Aut: 1 gold, 1 silver, 7 bronze). <span id='postcolor'> Dude, Austria is listed first because it's alphabetical after number of medals. It's not a ranking, it's sorted by Total Medals then by alphabetical listing.

This forum is for: (about wars, military conflicts and everything what pertinent to Army) Yet, SPAM lives on and hardly anyone discusses these things. If they do, they still get closed sometimes. There was a time when this forum was actually worth visiting several times a day for interesting war & military discussions, but now it's all spam, porno and other crap. For example: Favorite Music to Play by Sexiest woman ever modem woes how to make friends with girls best spammer threads silly thread about norweigans business coursework ...etc... There are only four threads related to the forum definition on the first page. Either AndOne, Armourdave, DnA, Hilandor, OFteam, placebo, Sith, Snake1999 need to be more serious or they should change the definition of this forum. *shakes head*

LOL bgnorway - looks like we agree after all. I also offer that yes, we shouldn't be so strict, but since moderators are being strict, they seem be doing so selectively, i.e. closing threads THEY don't like, while leaving others alone. Banning people that they don't like for things that others they leave alone do. I say let's do it right or not at all. If you tolerate one spam, why condemn another. This is the problem. There are two solutions: change forum definition or change moderators. I don't think the moderators will change. *steps down from moral high ground*

WHy are topics not related to OFP being moved from teh general forum? Why are topics not related to add-ons being moved from the add-ons forum? Because they do not belong there. The definition of this forum says that these topics don't belong here. If they change the definition, then great. If not, then these topics don't belong here. If I to be "broad minded" as you seem to suggest, then maybe I should post this in the "troubleshooting" forum, perhaps?

So, you bash me without reason and now you HATE ME because I quoted Aldous Huxley? Talk about bollox.

Why are you bashing ME? I'm just saying that if it's NOT only about military, etc, then change it.

Can this discussion be any more useless?

When you try and install it, it asks for a key, which is given to you by codemasters confirming your purchase. c-dilla, which is installed when you run the downloaded file, prevents you from making copies of copyrighted material. In other words, it fucks up your cd-r.

Yes, but be warned the cm uses c-dilla to protect it's software.

How do you know? Why are palestinians cowards? And the suicide bombings target civilians as well soldiers. How do I know more Palestinians died? It was reported in the news before. I dont realy think that someone who commits suicide is a coward. U do have a right to your own opinion. Secondly what do you want to do against soldiers, tanks and choppers if you dont even proper equipment, suicide is seriously the last solution any cuture would chose? I think of it as someone beating on someone's kids because he's afraid to fight the kid's father. Thirdly we are here dealing with an ethic conflict, so the perception of what a civilian is and what an enemy is somewhat mixed up. Yes, I suppose so, but why kill people who are eating pizza? Or enjoying the park? If it's an all-our war, like bin-laden vs. west, regardless if civilian or not, then palestinians should be eradicated, I think. And last. Yes I do think that the one who kills more people is the one who is MORE guilty (since you cant realy determine who started). In that case, whoever wins is the guilty one? From a distant point of view, I may only say, that I think it is ashame for such an advanced nation like Israel to treat conflicts in such an chidlish way, where emotions replace logical thinking and arrogance the closes doors to peace. What do you think Israel should do with this problem? And finally I agree with someone who made a very "rough" comment before. It they cant help it, let them bash their heads in. Let them have their war. Maybe like Germany they only learn it that way. I agree too.

I would suggest that a demonstrator throwing a moltov-cocktail is no longer a civilian. Â Even one throwing rocks that can cause injury or even death is no longer a civilian. *EDIT* But shoppers, barmitzvahers and people strolling along ARE civilians. People eating pizza are civilians. So, yes, more palestinians died, but more israeli civilians died because the palestinians are cowards who attack civilians instead of military targets. Israel recently evacuated a government building and cleared the surrounding area before firing rockets into it to destroy it. Think about that.

Considering the past robberies, you'd think security would be tighter. I hope they had more than horse-mounted guards with batons this time...

I thought you could download red hammer...? http://codemasters.digitalmediadownload.com/RedhammerENG.exe

The problem is that a lot of people post little snide remarks about the US. It's almost in every thread about how stupid, arrogant, useless, etc, etc americans are. I agree with wobble - it's getting pretty friggin old. God forbid someone should start making those kind of comments about europeans - the thread gets locked and the poster gets banned.

http://www.satirewire.com/news/jan02/axis.shtml Complete text: "In Speech, Bush Calls Iraq, Iran and North Korea 'Axis of Evil" -- N.Y. Times, 1/30/02 ANGERED BY SNUBBING, LIBYA, CHINA SYRIA FORM AXIS OF JUST AS EVIL Cuba, Sudan, Serbia Form Axis of Somewhat Evil; Other Nations Start Own Clubs Beijing (SatireWire.com) — Bitter after being snubbed for membership in the "Axis of Evil," Libya, China, and Syria today announced they had formed the "Axis of Just as Evil," which they said would be way eviler than that stupid Iran-Iraq-North Korea axis President Bush warned of his State of the Union address. Axis of Evil members, however, immediately dismissed the new axis as having, for starters, a really dumb name. "Right. They are Just as Evil... in their dreams!" declared North Korean leader Kim Jong-il. "Everybody knows we're the best evils... best at being evil... we're the best." Diplomats from Syria denied they were jealous over being excluded, although they conceded they did ask if they could join the Axis of Evil. "They told us it was full," said Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. "An Axis can't have more than three countries," explained Iraqi President Saddam Hussein. "This is not my rule, it's tradition. In World War II you had Germany, Italy, and Japan in the evil Axis. So you can only have three. And a secret handshake. Ours is wicked cool." THE AXIS PANDEMIC International reaction to Bush's Axis of Evil declaration was swift, as within minutes, France surrendered. Elsewhere, peer-conscious nations rushed to gain triumvirate status in what became a game of geopolitical chairs. Cuba, Sudan, and Serbia said they had formed the Axis of Somewhat Evil, forcing Somalia to join with Uganda and Myanmar in the Axis of Occasionally Evil, while Bulgaria, Indonesia and Russia established the Axis of Not So Much Evil Really As Just Generally Disagreeable. With the criteria suddenly expanded and all the desirable clubs filling up, Sierra Leone, El Salvador, and Rwanda applied to be called the Axis of Countries That Aren't the Worst But Certainly Won't Be Asked to Host the Olympics; Canada, Mexico, and Australia formed the Axis of Nations That Are Actually Quite Nice But Secretly Have Nasty Thoughts About America, while Spain, Scotland, and New Zealand established the Axis of Countries That Be Allowed to Ask Sheep to Wear Lipstick. "That's not a threat, really, just something we like to do," said Scottish Executive First Minister Jack McConnell. While wondering if the other nations of the world weren't perhaps making fun of him, a cautious Bush granted approval for most axes, although he rejected the establishment of the Axis of Countries Whose Names End in "Guay," accusing one of its members of filing a false application. Officials from Paraguay, Uruguay, and Chadguay denied the charges. Israel, meanwhile, insisted it didn't want to join any Axis, but privately, world leaders said that's only because no one asked them.

Bush mentioned three countries: NKOR, IRAN, IRAQ. You said, why NKOR? Then you said, why IRAN? Then you said: </span><table border="0" align="center" width="95%" cellpadding="3" cellspacing="1"><tr><td>Quote </td></tr><tr><td id="QUOTE">With the rest of the countries I think there is no doubt that those give shelter to anyone who wants to do harm to the western world.<span id='postcolor'> That tells me that you thought the other countries mentioned (too numerous to list again) were seriously mentioned as giving shelter.
