Hi MckENNNY I really enjoy your missions except for a couple of things. First I really like the small team action and the overall objectives. I like to roam a bit and ambush road traffic and patrols before carrying out the main objectives. What I really hate is the helicoptors which I feel unbalance and somewhat spoil the atmostphere. i'd prefer that you got rid of them altogether and replace them with more random patrols and road traffic.Also if you insist in having helicoptors , the special forces guys should at least be able to have an AA capability option in the gear options. Anyway I really like your concepts .Perhaps you could have a mission where special forces could ambush random convoys along the roads of an islands with small arms and or mines...mines are also not in the gear option. Anyway your missions are the best for me at the moment... I realy hope you don't mind my constructive criticism cheers, IMPI

Hi I wonder if anyone can help me. The indicators for my enemy AI while not in map mode have disappeared. When i first started playing the enemy was bracketed by red indicators and also red >s to show me where they were. I think I must of accidentally switched these off. Because even playing in recruit mode . They no longer are there. Please can someone tell me how I switch these on and off Cheers, Impi

How do you switch the red ai indicators for ofpfor on and off. I seem to have lost the red brackets for the enemy ai, even in recruit mode Cheers, Impi

Hi Just a heads up for all you COC cex fans: PMC cmp1 (unnamed campaign) v0.1 Nov 25th, 2007. This is the first CoC Command Engine X (CEX) campaign. It includes 28 straight out combat missions as commanding officer. Your have various troops under your command like basic infantry, spec ops, blackhawks and tanks. There is no cutscenes or storyline in this campaign, however the missions are heavily linked together where in mission 1 you capture objectives A, B and C and in mission 2 you capture objectives D, E and F... so in a sense there is storyline, even if it doesn't involve many cutscenes with characters talking. If you want fight, this is what you're going to get. At the moment my developing computer is very poor AMD XP 2800+, 1gb ram, Radeon 9800 Pro 128mb and we cannot run ArmA in high details, so these missions are very nice light and small at this point. I run ArmA on 800x600 with all settings to Very Low, can you believe that, heh. Install Place PMC_cmp1.pbo into the mod dir of your choice under "campaigns/" directory. In my ArmA its d:\ArmA\x_pmc\campaigns\ directory which I launch with -mod=x_pmc parameter. the thing that really put me off using this was the island quality, it was like going back to playing ofp quality islands. Are the islands now updated to Armed Assault quality? cheers, Impi

I am trying to play this mod with 1.14 but i keep getting no ammo. i.e the character i play and his squad mates have no ammo for their rifles ect even though there is magazines when you go to to the gear section. But rpgs and laws ect seem to be fine.It's just the rifles where there is a problem. I would be grateful if someone could tell me if there is any possible add on conflict or how to get rid of this really annoying occurence. Cheers, impi -
Thanks for the suggestions about the freedom/realistic missions. The trouble I found with punishment battalion was that it was too static and too linear-not enough freedom. for example, there seemed to be no movement of convoys or single jeeps ect between the towns for me to take out when i chose too. Impi

Does anybody know of any single player missions where there are lots of enemy that you can choose to engage or not engage at will. I.e is there a mission where there is a living island where you can choose to attack who , when, where and how? In other words total freedom with a lot of realism. Cheers, Impi

Hi Lee Does the mission contain anti armoured mines/and or trip wire claymores..? If it doesn't this would be a great thing to have for ambushing patrols and quick reaction forces....just like real life guerilla/spec frce operations... Impi -

Thanks Lee, I've tried it with the vanilla 1.08 combined with the AToW mod and it works fine. For some reason it does not seem to work with the 1.12 beta. So far, having played the mission for about an hour my only criticism is that on my extensive travels I have not met any wondering enemy patrols who perhaps me and my little band (there's only three of us at the moment) could ambush. Also because of the lack of patrols I feel too comfortable ambling around the countryside. Thanks for this great mission, Impi -
does anybody know how to generate convoys with trucks(about seven in each truck) and jeeps full of soldiers with DAC... If they can lay out how to do this in a very simple manner, I would be grateful. cheers, Impi

Hi tried to load this with a/6th sense mod b/1.12 beta but it keeps telling me that I don't have rlk urb sol ....but I definetly do in both my main add on directory and its also in 6th sense mod. cheers, Impi -

These missions still not working with normal ace everon. What's up guys? I appreciate you making these missions, but if most people can't play its a bit of a waste of your time. Anyway, I thank you for your efforts but can you fix this. Cheers, Impi

I am having the same problem with the mission starting in the sea on Return to Eden as well. I have reinstalled the Ace Everon Island twice to my add on folder but it is still happening. How do I fix this? Impi

Hi Dmarkwick, you were right all along. I just checked my normal add on folder and I did have the VFAI add on in that folder. I deleted it and the AI is now working fine. Thanks for the info Impi

All I am using is the eu mod. I just use the short cut which was installed by the exe to get into the game. So in short all I am using is the Eu Mod with nothing else added or taken away cheers, Impi

i've checked in the Mod add on folders and it does not use VFAI, so that is not the source of the problem. I wonder if sickboy could help me out with this one? Impi

Hi Is it just me, but when I play single player missions using this mod. I can't control my AI soldiers. IF I tell a couple of my soldiers to go to a postion on a map say to outflank an enemy, only one will go and then he will come back.I find it incredibly annoying as this just about deystroys any tactical situations. Is there a fix to this? Impi
