hey all, i  probably play OPF to much. just a few reasons,     when a train rolls by my house i think its a tank. (but then sometimes it is a tank, being by a Military base) but most of the time its a train. when i hear it my brain says *go prone, find cover*,     and when ever i hear a pop behind me i freak out whirl around and attempt to take cover. also my dreams are out of wack. anyone else losing it?

1: the cockpit is NOT bulletproof, i didnt shoot the hind down i killed the pilot resulting in the hind not longer flying. then i killed the gunner WHILE he was STILL in the cockpit that is not bulletproof. then i stole the hind. tyvfm 2: the hind wasnt hovering there with its thumb up its ***. it was shooting where it last saw me. i then shot the pilot. and it CAN be done thank you very much.

no one will believe me but when i played that mission i took a law and hid in the bushes, i killed all the ruskies i saw and the bmp. when the hind flew by i ran out to get its attention, it hovered shooting at where i was, but i wa sin a diff bush now, i took the rifle put it in 3 round burst and iron sighted the pilot. he died and the hind fell, but didnt explode. i shot the gunner and stole it. the missin is alot easier when your in a hind btw.

lol, what an interesting post. lol. anyways. i am 15 born in California and i still suck at grammar but not really at spelling, i was in 5 spelling bee's. but sometimes i use bad grammar, but still there is no need for put downs.

path finder, i had this exact problem, the only thing i can recomend is to completely un-install OFP including the files in "My Computer" there usually here -> Program Files-CodeMasters just delete the codemasters file. then reboot. then install OFP and install the patch. if that doesnt work you could always do what i did. i did a Complete Recovery of my PC. i backed up the files ineeded and recovered it. hope this helps. -Ice-

i whoop at flying th A-10, and landing is as easy as pie i dont use that horrible auto landing crap. its cheating. i kick @$$ at flying the Cessna too.

i want to make a mission where i am a blackhawk pilot or a Chinook pilot and i want to fly around into hotzones (but NO shilka's) and pick up troops take them to a hospital zone, drop them off and go pick more up. how do i make the troops listen to me? they arent my squad. andi still havent figured out the Mission waypoint thing, can place them

communications was lost with an Apache while it was taking Anti-Air fire. The 2 man crew has not been heard from yet. a couple of Apache helicopters were deployed to try and find them. i hope they are ok.

hey i just Played Lost in the forest agian. this level is fun. you know that hind that flys back and forth? well i was hiding in the bushes and is circled me. so i took a PK Auto MG and shot like hell at the pilot while it was hovering. then it fell to the ground. it didnt explode though just broke its windows. i ran over and the Gunner got out i mowed him down and stole the hind. did you know there is like 6 Shilka's over in a small town? they blew da chit outta me. this levels fun, why does everyone hate it?

i finally fixed my OFP game, it is v1.46 now. i can sorta figure out the editor but still not the waypoints. and if you think i can figure out scripting, think again. anyways. thankx for the help i guess. oh and the link isnt available to me. i'll try agian though.

i was flying a A-10 LGB around a CTF map online and my sides flag holder was running like hell to our flag to return it and i saw a hind chasing him. so i turned and flew straight at him, at like 30 feet away i ejected, i thought i would die when i ejected but i lived! i floated nicely to th ground and watched the hind and my A-10 in a crumpled heap fall to the ground burning. it was awesome, woulda loved a pic.
