My apologies for bringing this to the boards, but I get no reply through email.
A few months ago I was granted O2 access and as a result have downloaded the programs. Â I could get to the o2 section of the forums and all was good. Â Then I lost my internet connection for a few weeks and formatted my pc. Â When I got back online my account on the forums was removed. (Ive no idea why). Â So I try and get it back and get access to the o2 section again.
After reinstalling O2 I now dont get a reply to the request for activation codes, I cant get any documentation for the program from the forums, however I still have the access to the o2 section of the site so I know I havent been removed from the O2 approved list. Â So after all this frustration of spending along time filling in forms and all that extra stuff they make you do, I cant use any of it!
So my question after that long rant... Â Whats going on? Â If its a minor clerical error then I can live with that, but I want to know whats going on. Â Being left in the dark about this isnt any fun. Â Its taken me along time to get O2 and now I finnaly want to be able to use it.
