I cannot stand having a HUGE list of addons to scroll through every time i want to add a unit. Also if i create any missions i dont want to have to make the file in excess of 20 MB just because i have to allow for all the addons i used. Can anyone help with some addons that meet the following criteria: 1) Relatively Modern (1980 onwards) 2) Very Good quality (none of the stupid graphic errors that show your muzzle flash when not firing,) 3) Realistic (no zoomable M16's with no cope visible - can look through scope but when looking at gun there isnt one, Also no Terminator weapons) 4) Decent Camo - Dont just put SAS in black, SBS/SEALS in diving suits and make Delta force look like a SWAT team, Â i hate this! 5) Popular - I want to be able to share missions using them without attaching the addons each time 6) Preferably British but am also looking for others Let me know, Matt

Yea, was hoping to be a bit more specific though, Im sure that the Total Annihilation Units are great, but not what i want at all, Just looking for some feedback on top MODERNish units really.

i am looking for a map that i can recreate some battles for the Falklands on. I dont need it to be geographically correct, as the scenery is the most important thing. I was thinking similar to Malden, without the forests + with not so many trees, buildings and roads. Basically i want lots of open spaces in a hilly environment with nothing but some bushes and the odd building, maybe a couple of towns + roads but not too much. Malden's ground is the closest i have seen so far as Everon + Nogova is a bit too dark. I have had a play with WRP edit and i cant use the bloody thing! Can anyone help please?

These look fantastic, just what I am looking for! I assume FLK = http://www.flashpoint1982.co.uk/ Hope so, It looks to be a fab mod, only thing is that it was due Q1 of 2003, and it is only 40% complete. How long will it be?

Yea, i know this, but Nogova is the closest i can get. There are trees, but not too many, and there are no forests in the bit i am using. I would prefer another island but it doesnt seemt that there are many around.. Still looking though

I have had a play with the Maldives island, but it is very small. At the moment I am looking at the North West of Nogova, there is a bit of land there that is quite good. Still open for any comments though. I am only using original units so if anyone is interested in having a look let me know Matt

Hi, Is it just me or do hand grenades not detonate on impact. This is the only fault like this i can find in flashpoint, was very suprised to see something like this wrong. Would be good to see a more realistic hand grenade operation, like pull pin as one mouse click, and throw as the next, would make it more realistic.

I am creatiing an ambush mission where 3 5t trucks are moving along a road when they become under attack from both sides. The trucks keep dying (not exploding, just crushing) and all the men inside die. I want the truck to stay alive, but allow the men inside to be shot, any ideas? CAnnot get any of the previous ones to work

I have noticed that if you have  a weapon up and change the rate of fire, then change weapon and then back, the rate of fire is reset, eg. Select M16, set rof to burst, weapon law launcher, weapon M16, ROF now = single. Does the switch keep catching on my back???? Would be good if this could be altered in OFP2, only a small point i know, but it is the small things that make a game. Matt

Would it be possible to include some of the regularly used scripts into the editor eg: 1) Having an option to place a unit that will only appear after X number of seconds. WIll make it easier to use waypoints etc. than with createunit. 2) Have a respawn option, maybe including a place and max number of times 3) Would it be too complicated to have weapon loadout option different to soldier class. Can make it easier to mix and match uniforms and weapons. - Possibly also have tick boxes for available actions - Hide body, swim, etc.

i am creating a Vietnam mission similar to "We were Soldiers", and want a large assault on a landing zone. Â I need a script that will wait until a whole group is dead, then respawn at a set point and follow the waypoints of the previous group, i want this to happen 3 or 4 times and then stop. Â How can i do this?

I am creating a mission where you reach a type of door, where you are asked for ID. I want the human controlled player to be unable to move until another trigger allows it. So far all the commands i have come accross are for AI. Any ideas?

Hi, same mission as the invincible trucks thing... Does anyone know if it is possible to remove a unit's ability to use the radio, i want the ability of friendly fire without knowing it until you see the bodies - More realistic.
