When will the game be released in Norway (or Scandinavia) ?

I'm just wondering what's the difference between cold war crisis and resistance addons is? I have Cold war crisis, im considering to buy resistance. is it a way to make resistance addons work on cold war crisis? and when i am making addons with oxygen(o2)how do i make the addons work on cold war crisis?

will addons from operation flashpoint work on armed assault? will addons from both resistance and cold wat crisis work? or just one of them/none? i have heard many rumuors about this addon-thing but have never got a concrete answer to this question...thanks in advance
