new mod/addon makers could just add the script called by the EH's to there pbo's i think 9then it would not be missing, they would just there pbo DIR for the script). Also i reckon it might work if u call the EH in the mission editor for the units & vehicles so that u dont need to modify ur addons, i would test some of this out but the link aint working for me, 1 got older version only atm. i havent even unzipped this yet but could u not put in inits of units syntax is wrong but should show what i mean for now, till i look at this thing eg: this "killed" (or whatever) addEventHandler "such_uscm\scriptname.sqs" -

I dont want to see the scores of the 10 finalist! (It wont be hard to leave them out of the document, so it wont affect any voting) as quoted in 1st line of my post! I want to see the scores/comments/bad points/good points of all the other missions that didnt make it into final 10. And i dont want the Authors names to be on this list just the mission names, of all but the final 10, that way we know which mission we made, but even so it wouldnt be too bad to see the names of all who made the effort and entered a mission, but didnt make it into the final 10. Â Hope that clarifies it for u m8, and next time read carefully or re-read before u reply, as it saves lots of typing and posts. p.s. I cannot think of any reasons why they should not show us, only reasons why they should, that is why i have asked! Â p.p.s. For my own peace of mind the sooner the better, I have many worries/problems/bugs/rules broken, regarding the final 10, so i would like to see the scoring before I comment anymore. Â -

Can we see the results for missions not in the top 10 pls, i'm assuming u have some kind of document with all the scores in as theres too many to remember. So can u edit it for public and post for us pls m8? I'm sure others are just as curious what there mission got. also i have a fixed addon pack where u will get no addon error, and i have made swordfish to work with winter nogojev as there was no way i was putting them old addon back in, i didnt even open it in the editor dont worry i just edited addon bit of sqm, and end of folder name cain_snow to kegnoecain_snow, ok i will post fixed addon pack and mission l8r if that is ok? -
so no pvp update? i guess to fix all other islands zeuscti's coops, i could just copy and paste all the scripts into the old maps, apart from mission.sqm, Â and briefing (which aint a scripts, "Info incase others try") but it would be good if u got a list of scripts that have changed pim pls. Also can u pls try get gotflashp to get the zeus cti forums up, i been doing lots of work with ur maps m8. ok thxs for update EDIT: gwg v platoon had a terrible game, where tanks and choppers couldnt be built (oh and workers) at 1st player markers wernt even moving, it was bad, the trinity jam 1 that was, but i have to look into this, as it seems the trin jam 1 uses mfcti extensions, whereas we all had the zeus addon. Others didnt have mfcti 1, but it asks for the zeus addon only, yet when i depbo, i see mfcti extentions, i have mfcti addon, and it worksd fine on my machine, so i guess maybe u need to let killswitch know maybe.

u should definatley be able to add more, and i f u succeed they will show up in the effects part of a trigger or WP, so u could test that way.

I think @newiy had the right idea m8! I think @nilphim, didnt understood that its an addon ur making not a mission. (mission effects uses description.ext) It should be possible, it would be like having NV on all the time, but i cant tell u how its possible, try ofpec or some of the fdf or wgl guys for help, they have done similar things. -

hi all here is a new battlefield 1985 style map, its my 1st attempt at modding battlefield map. (has no addons this version) Im also working on a battlefield 2004 map, which uses earl & suchey marine pack and all the combat bradley vehicles, its gona be cool. I am also gona make a map on each of the other islands, and then some on addon islands. Ok here it is hope u all like. I just dled the y2k3 mod last night. But its no good for what i want as i would have to get everybody to agree to dl it, and use the addons i want, that would be alot of work. (its multiplayer map this, maybe i confused u by posting in the wrong section) My version will just require people to dl a few addons, that most allready have anyway.

I got error when I was commander and i ordered my Ai Alpha team to move to my waypoint, error something like, ((no return for getpos cant setpos)), they did start moving to the waypoint though, but when I [ALT] clicked the team that should have automatically move didnt. Other error was reports of me not be able to afford things, when i wasnt trying to buy anything and had nothing queued. Also when i gave my ai teams money they bought men, but it allways said in the teams dialogue that there team size was 0. was one other minor error that i forgot. I will do some serious testing soon, and start looking into the error, maybe i can help u fix some of these bugs. Â

OK all maps updated to v1.2 for all 6 islands everon, malden, kolgujev, nogova, trinity, & treah. Change Log this is the whole change log from original mfcti 1.16, to my v1.1's most changes are new and these maps are no longer beta!: *Added control centre anywhere (i noticed that nobody wants to com anymore i hope this helps, it does for me) *Added extra 40000 to AI commander *Removed ammo from MHQ & repair trucks (to help avoid ammo bug) *Added higher probabilty of more & better resistance tanks *Added resistance soldiers, have 0.5 + random 0.5 skill level (was random 1) *Added higher probabilty of more resistance infantry and that it will be a better class *Changed default weapon loadouts: West = mfcti steyr & 3 LAW's! east = mfcti ak101 & 3 RPG's *Added higher probabilty that enemy commanders will build HE & AA guns *Changed probablity of what independant AI commanders buy and more chance of it being better class (infantry & vehicles) *Icreased view distance by 100 to 900 for better chance against AI tanks *Change vehicle limit to 20 in less units mode (now means AI group are max size 6 only) *Changed Maximum independant salvagers to 2 (to help reduce lag) *Changed Max stationary m2 mguns to 5 (to help reduce lag) *Removed all civilians (to help reduce lag) (as they had extra scripts running for them *Added some empty vehicles in various places (to make up for no civilian vehicles) *Set Insane Opposition as default when playing AI (for reckster & all who play vs AI) (I saw 4 shilkas and 2 t80's attacking a town so its seems to have worked) *Trinity and Treah now require the island and required oject addons before clients can connect! *All maps will no longer give any missing addon error like ah64, or bradley! change log from v1.1 to v1.2 *AI com now has extra 60k instead of 40! (now when all buildings and upgrades are done he has a little money left to build a few armour, and give some to players) *Trinity map, now uses baracken buildings! (east = GREY buildings, west = GREEN buildings, but i may change to all green, and eventually when i got time, give u choice of green brown or grey) *No ammo in mhq even when both coms are AI now! (but i may put it back to no ammo only when at least 1 com is human) and for all who wanted ammo put back in mhq, ask ur com to build u some ammo crates (if hes not AI), the ammo bug causes so much lag its just not worth the risk, its ok if u put ur gun down before getting weapon from mhq, but most people dont do that. *More AI base defences (well it seems so, I did edited script to make it do this, and when i watched com he built 1 m2gun, and 5 HE guns, so its HE guns mainly) only tested trinity 1, but all have same scripts, on trinity one AI was very attacking and even killed our mhq and repair depot, (with 4 t72's and shilka) when we tried to make a forward base, also i saw 4 AI choppers, so Airfac was definateely built and now somehow i got them to use it aswell! yeah that is kind of how i was thinking, but really it would be best to not have this problem atall, and for BIS to fix it back to how it was. So if any1 from BIS sees this can u make a note for ur next update pls, thxs.

this explains alot of things, thxs for posting cleanrock. and thxs unnamed_ for ur idea for fixing, though in cti this is not atall an ideal way to fix this, though i guess it will help in other circumstances. also wouldnt this make all vehicles auto repairing? maybe a script that checks for dammage between 0.05 & 0 and then fixes it after about 10 seconds, this way vehicles that have not been repaired will probably not get fixed as they would have more than 0.05 dammage, and if u use a slow loop it should be ok. (but still not perfect) or would that not work with: (~10E-10). as i have never seen that kind of figure before, anyway just my 1st thoughts, but im very glad i now know why this is happening. I just kept cursing at the AI before.

Also would be nice for a linux version too, as it sounds like a very good update for match servers to use, to keep out the ID changing players! Maruk is the linux update to follow? thxs.

@russin, I will look into that thxs, i have never seen it happen, and i play alot, but i have seen it happen in old mfcti maps, so maybe theres a bug somewhere, but it can be hard to find what triggered it. Anyway i will see what i can do thxs, for the feedback. p.s. I got ur PM, and I'm not ignoring it, i checked out the wglcti site, and i allready know & love the mod, its just time that is the problem, as atm, i'm worikng on 2 leagues cti's, and am map admin for 1, so i'm very busy, but as soon as these 2 cti's are complete, i will definately be able & happy, to help, i was meaning to email you, but keep forgetting, so as soon as i got these 2 maps done, i will email u, and get stuck into the wglcti, i the meantime i will try and get to know the current wglcti maps better. ok thxs m8, speak to u soon! *edit* actually if its only that you want the curent wglcti, on new islands? i could do that np, let me know here or in mail: gwg_viper@hotmail.com

I woudnt mind seeing the new small shad thing, can u send me pls, but i not gona use ctitc wall yet as its another addon needed, and not all have that 1. As for my new version i have tested twice now, and bith times AI enemy where alot better, killed about 5 east t72s 6 shilkas and a few t80's last night that just me in 1 game. other guys got a few too, and there base was well defended, also when they find ur base they are alot more aggressive now. could do with some feedback to know what u guyz think, I for 1 found it a much better game!

Ok guys here are some of my ideas pls post urs! *commander build helis more *undo bunkers & walls *cargo boats & choppers *new buildings baracken, & maybe others in addon version. *trucks that lay mines, and better crates, and maybe a slow motor bike. *ladders *allready manned mguns aswell as unmanned *mguns on roof option *tower with mgun *real hospital building for bases where u can build ambulance and bandages. *bridges on trinity islands needs fixing and more going to different islands island *better enemy, in coop, more money with options for level of AI, at start. *change some of the voting options, maybe have helis off option in player pool. *buildings cost more but start with more money. *lots more buildings like tank wire, wood camo fence, camo nets, building with archway, and whatever else will be good for building bases Would like more ideas, but pls dont comment on my ideas pls, they are not gona be done yet, and may never be done if i change my mind, so theres no point talking about what may not happen, but pls do add ur ideas for changes & new things, I'm writing all down so they will be noted! pls post bug reports here: http://www.flashpoint1985.com/cgi-bin....y576937

@Who cares, delete ur mfcti 1.1 addon and u wont get the error message, its nothing to do with my maps. @Law Giver thxs m8, played tonight had humans on both sides but not as com, and air was built, also some shilka and bmps, I'm still trying to tweak it better but will release a fixed version soon. As for the baracken buildings, i didnt really like ur choices, so i will send u my scripts, and see if u can fix it for east, west works fine, i will  explain more in email, if thats ok m8. Also i changed a little again, and now it still builds all buildings, and seemed to build a few extra HE so seems ok, I just wanted bases harder to defend, i gona do a rewrite of that base template thing soon, cos all bases should be built at least once, no need for probabilty on buildings, just the guns. @reckster, its the higher the number the more chance it will be built, the way it seems to work is barracks and light vehicles are essential, so they have no probablity they are just built, repair depot is very important so thats 90, heavy pretty important so that 50, and then Air & ammo not that important so they are  both 10, so i guess ur not allways garaunteed an air fac, so what i did was made air 30 & ammo 20, & increased mguns probabilty, and decreased salvagers, but somehow it stoped air fac being built, I'm sure there is a better way so i will make this and ai com setting independant group leaders to air, my top priority for the coop versions. @all, thxs for feedback, there will be 2 versions soon, coop set at insane, which still aint that bad, and pvp set at average, coop will have less and better starting locations, also the addon 1 using marine infantry pack is nearly done, then once i have a pvp map for my league, and a good coop 1 for u guys. I'm gona start making alot of changes, heres a few ideas i have, pls post if u have any ideas here: http://www.flashpoint1985.com/cgi-bin....1;top p.s I tried to connect to a server playing my trinity version, without having the trinity and object addons loaded, and i got kicked with error mesage missing addons: baracken, AGS_industrial_pack, AGS_harbour, & trinity, so i guess it works fine now. *edit* its too late now i will update tomorow evening, also trinity may now have the new buildings.
