Is there anything else I can do. I updated my graphic card softwhere and it made things worse. Before I was half of the sky, But now the sky is all green!! I need help and options.

Since I upgraded to 1.30 the horizion turns green! It only happends when I am in a vehicle and it is impossable to fly. I need Help!!!
