Ah, there is swearing, sweeeeet. Seeing as OFP had a lack of it (apart from the "hot damn" and other comical replacements for swearing ) , I didn't think there would be any in ArmA.

MA 17+ for strong language? While I don't have Armed Assault yet, (only played the demo) I didn't know there was any swearing in it. (Not that I'm against it or anything). Is there swearing in it?

Quick update. Getting very close to finishing the M1918A2 BAR that the American 32nd Division used at Buna. Just need to finish the rear sight. Work on the SMLE Mk.III* is coming along nicely and should be finished soon. EDIT ------------------- The SMLE Mk.III* is at a decent render stage. See render below.

It's great that someone has picked up on that Makes all the research I've put into the mod so far worthwhile. I think I spent a good month collecting info and annoying museums for photos to get it right. The diggers modified almost everything or there were aussie versions of each piece of equipment. I think by the end of this, I'll be able to get a job as a historian

Quick update. I've been working on the Bren Gun Mk.I which is almost ready for UVW unwrapping. Bren Gun Mk.I (Work in Progress Render) Also working on the Lee Enfield Mk.III* but it's far from complete to show now.

Update time. My internet has been out for the past month, so I haven't been able to post updates. The Japanese Type 96 LMG model is finished and I've started texturing. Work in progress render of the Type 96 LMG I'm also working on an M3 Stuart tank, with all the Australian modifications. Work in progress render of the M3 Stuart I'm also working on the Bren Gun Mk.I and 25 pounder.

Sorry about the lack of updates, my time is split between uni and my part time job, not leaving too much time to work on the mod. Here is an update on the Japanese Arisaka Type 38 rifle. Arisaka Type 38 WIP render Please note the texture is NOT completed, and as it's a WIP it doesn't represent the final quality of the rifle. To the mods, can you move this to the ArmA mod thread, purrrty please?

I'd be willing to incorparate my Australian/"Chindit"/New Zealand/Papuan/Japanese Second World War units into some form of "World War 2 pack", even before the release of my mod. I like the idea of being able to download one big addon pack with alot of units, instead of hunting for them all - and then having compatability problems.

No supressive fire? I was really looking forward to seeing the AI use it.

The running to prone and standing to prone animations look great. The running animation looks a bit funny and some of the walking animations look a little stiff, but, as it has been stated many times it is WIP.

Great trailer, just one thing bothers me. I know that not every Japanese gun on Suribachi opened up as the marines landed (they opened up as soon as the beaches became congested), but I'm almost certain the landings were opposed from the get go (with the marines pinned on the first few sand walls until holes were cut for the tanks). I'll have to refer to my books again.

I'm hoping that we can animate with o2 (rigging and animating) and be able to import animations from other programs (like 3ds max or maya).

Top bloke and a true blue aussie, he'll be missed but not forgotten.

The tanks have interiors now? http://arma.bigames.info/photo.php?img=664 Ops, it's an APC
