1)Sorry but i know very little about OFP scripting... what does it mean "Global inititialization field" and where i find it? i created "Torment_valley.paa" as map for Torment_valley island and i set fz_18custmap = "Torment_valley.paa" in init field of F18 itself (as second canche, i put it "on activation" field of a trigger with "condition"=true)...is this "Global inititialization field", as You wrote? In addition i red about a "fz_f18_artystrikes=#": how does it work? and how can activate it? (as usual i i put it "on activation" field of a trigger with "condition"=true and # = 5, but nothing happened) 2) i'm trying to land on Tormen_Valley, awmland, Everon... my impression is that any island i try to activate AI for landing ("automatic landing" command), it does not work... justy for having a check, can You write me an island You are sure this command works? i'll test it as soon as possible. As i wrote i like very much thi add-on. Anyway, there are two "bugs" i pointed out: 1) i tried to follow instruction in read-me for having map in cockpit display... i use "print-screen" key in Editor screen to copy map and pasted it in Word document, i opened it with AdobePaintShop and after sizing it 256X256, i saved it as *.tga (32 bit), finally i converted it in *.paa and i put it in my/mission/folder...Unfortunally when i switch engine on, i have no map in F18 display (no map available)!!! where i get wrong?? 2)Using "automatic landing" command AI does not make my F18 land: my F18 circuits indefinitly over the airport... Can You help me? Thank You

Recently i downloaded the beautiful F/A-18 by MAS and in its General information i red the possibility to have map displayed in cockpit panel: "Custom maps can use the map display with the fz_18custmap variable. To do it: create a 256x256 image of your map, and save it as a tga file. Then use texview or paatool to convert it to a paa file..." I am a "beginner" in modding OFP so... how can create a 256x256 image of a map? how can save it as a tga file? (only by editing "tga" as its extension)? and where can i get texview or paatool to convert it to a paa file? I thank You very much for any help.

Hy everyone, i need a trigger could be activated when one of my units is spotted by enemy... I was suggested to use "Detected by..." option in trigger set but it doesn't work ... I set the following options, (assuming i lead a NATO group units) leaving the other ones as default: Side : West Detected by: West Are these options correct? I tried several time this trigger(i took a M1A tank and standing in front of a soviet soldier 2 meters apart trigger did not activate! ). Probably i do not set trigger in a right way... Can You help me? Thank You -

hy everyone, yesterday night after switching on my PC i launched OFP. I saw overall colours changed as if a "green-yello filter" had been put upon the display! (i never changed gamma correction set). This "effect" i saw in other game i tested (such as Flight Simulator). I tried to change "gamma correction" in option panel but did not fix the problem. Windos desktop seems to be ok. Any suggestion? Thank You a lot

Hy everyone, i wonder whether "to be discovered" can be used as condition for activating a trigger; e.g. : i edit a sabotage-mission where i lead a soviet spetnaz group in a Nato Command Center... there are several Nato soldier groups patrolling around the center... is there a script to check if one of my soldier is discovered by one of Nato soldiers? is there a way to check if my presence has been relieved (this could be activate a kind of "alarm" and several action consequently...) thank you

Hy everyone, i edited a simple mission giving some waypoints but,although i selected "always show", i can not see any waypoint during the action... (only if Player is a car/air/armour i can see waypoint sqare-tag during the action) Do you know somethig about it? Thank You

Hy everyone, sorry but i know very little about scripts. In read me i read "The ILS works by default on standard BIS islands like Nogova. You can also define custom ILS landing points by typing the following code into a script after the ACES initialization." What does it mean "...by typing the following code into a script after the ACES initialization"? Have i to type the code in init-textbox of ACES object or what else? Thank You for Your help

Hy everyone, i am looking for a NATO AntiAircraft Missile vehicle. I know there are some AA Gun vehicles (Ghepard from BWMod, Vulcan, Italian Sidam from PedagneMod...) but i did not find any missile-launcher vehicle (e.g. French-German Roland-Marder or american M730-Chaparral). Any of You can write me where can i download a NATO AntiAircraft Missile vehicle from? Thank You

Hy everyone, i downloaded UNN ATC_Pack (for air landing and take-off) and i like it very much. I would like edit a very smple mission with a Take-off and a landing from/in Kutnezov air-carrier. Using Kutnetzov mission example i downloaded, i can config an easy take-off but i have some problem with landing: not using "automatic" landing it is very hard to make my SU-33 to land on carrier... Is there a method to have a "not manual" landing using ATC_Pack? i.e.: i have all mission example of ATC landing but plane is declared not playble with a Init landing script ([This,Runway01... ) and a soldier is declared Player only to have an external point of view around the plane... in this way i have no control un plane and it automatically land on carrier (such as "Automatic landing" order)... How can i edit a my own mission in which i take-off, perform my duty and have an "automatic" on carrier landing order? I eventually kindly ask You to write a detailed instruction for i do know very little about OFP scripts programming Thank You in advance

Hy UNN, as wrote, i tested Your mission. It's fine, i have adapted to Kutnezov carrier... only a little problem : after landing and returning control to me, i can not re-take off with the airplane... How can i re-take off with a plane just autolanded? Regards -
