I prefer Russian weapons and I'm split on vehicles. I love playing as the Resistance though.

I'm running on a POS 800 Mhz computer with all the old crap that it came with. That is the best PC in my house. So...I will just buy a whole new system all together when OFP2 or whatever it's called hits the shelves.

I'm 18 and live in Utah, United States. I'm a senior in HS and going to go on to college next year. I can't wait to get into college as these college enterance exams, scholarships, projects, and deadlines are giving me a heacache. But I'm still not sure what I'm going to do, might be a bit of a problem later on. My hobbies are bodybuilding, basketball, and gaming. Lately I haven't been doing any of that so hopefully I get back on track. ugh...what was I thinking when I picked out this name Â

fraggit replied to Sudan's topic in ARMA 2 & OA - GENERAL
I was kind of dissappointed that it was going to be in Vietnam, but then again BIS is making it so.... BUT this is great news. Three theaters, wow... Although is anyone else worried the game might have the "impassible wall" since we're dealing with continents? Or did I miss something? I agree with Warin, modern day combat is just jets bombing the shit out of stuff. But I have to admit, thermal imaging sounds kinda cool. -
I voted LAW because the AI is too incompetent against tanks.

Retaliation is a Russian campaign that is/was in development. I don't know whether they are still working on it. But their demo mission was really cool, so I imagine their campaign will be fun.

johnnylump: You should edit that post before you get PR'd. Back on topic... I like this idea and I wouldn't mind if the jounalist was playable so I could watch the battles take place.

I too hate MTV. Everyone here watches it and I feel like an outsider when they're talking about all these god damn shows I've never heard of. I always wondered why MTV was always playing things unrelated to music. And MTV2 never really caught my eye with the crap they played. It's really sad to see the younger kids growing up with MTV. 8 year old girls aren't supposed to dress like sluts! </span><table border="0" align="center" width="95%" cellpadding="3" cellspacing="1"><tr><td>Quote </td></tr><tr><td id="QUOTE">MTV is pure shit and it corrupts our culture tremendously, but the fault lies with today's lazy, self-oriented, me first, materialistic, apathetic parents. Â Parents want to be their kid's buddies today, instead of being the parents they are supposed to be. Â You should have to get licensed to become a parent these days.<span id='postcolor'> So true. These new age parents, or whatever the hell they are, have a few screws missing.

Here is an apparent Chechen mod. I haven't seen any news or pictures on this one for a while.

Hmmmm.....Sorry for my lack of knowledge but, how exactly do you play with airsoft guns? More specifically how do you guys track who was killed? Is the guy who got hit just honest about it or what?

I guess 'East' doesnt have to be Russian, why not China, Korea, India, Iran, Pakistan, Japan, Arab Countries and Indonesia etc etc... Im so bored of seeing American units versus Soviet ones, its about time we diversify OFP and not get stuck with the stereotypes of 'russkies v yanks', OFP has so much potential and longevity...lets use it. So any other add ons from other conflicts would be a welcome breath of fresh air. The 'NAM pack' and the two 'Falklands War' mods are the only things right now keeping me interested in OFP.<span id='postcolor'> I would also like to see the stuff this guy listed. There are India and Pakistan units but they look really weird with the white faces and what not. I'd like to see more real life rebel units in this game.

I'll vote next year when I'm old enough. I don't stick to any party, I just like whoever has an agenda I can relate to.

I found an interesting video at this site. It's a streaming video not an article. For those of you who are too lazy to even click a link I'll sum up a little for you. Basically it's a mini-Marshall plan for Mideast countries/cities/areas/etc who are left out of the oil game. The money doesn't go to the governments but into industry and infrastructure. It turns the refugee camps into a part of the economy. Some really good points are made. But you really should see the video, I'm not going to condense it all.

My good god those guys are lucky. They get to visit a cool country, hang out with the BIS guys, and play VBS 1. OFP 2 sound really nice.... *DROOLS*

Yeah what the hell is up with hotmail? I get my account spammed out to the limit with them and the notorious penis and breast enlargement spam. But with Yahoo I don't get any of that shit.
