Ghost recon as terrible gameplay. It is an insult the the Rainbow Six (now Rogue Spear) tradition. It has sufficient content, however the actual game its cs-like-ghey. It has one thing over Bohemia's product, and that is the upcoming Desert Warfare addon, with all that somalia style combat. Something OFP lacks terribly, cept the unofficial addons around at present (which are dodgy, ie. framerate/clipping coz of poorly hacked islands) OFP needs an official "Desert" addon to compete as a really cool product. The winter stuff is not as important, that is to say, I want a desert official world/map addon (preferably 10x the size of everon) before a winter one.

great, make a clip and upload it somewhere and also. OFP weapon sounds are only 1.54 mb, so small, I mean dunno, not to much to change these (will fix ass-sucking explosion sounds too, cept the good 57mm and Mortar - that 57mm is perfect, sounds like the real thing, check the FMJ movie for a good example, when the tanks are hit)

I really wanna see more sound mods! That way I dont have to keep editing missions to include addon units that just have a good sound. The default sounds need to be changed, so any mod is great - the worst sound in the game? automatic_cannon.wss

i want a sound clip from the gameplay of it. Im not downloading that 130 meg peice of Sh-it thow, its a crap game, and the demo has videos of other games...what idiots.

Also, this game needs to be Americanized, no not in the way you might think - it needs to go to American developers in order to come out like most peopel expect it to. hard to say, but basically it needs to be produced in the same fashion say, EA does a game, or whatever, Bohemia should sell the PC game to a yank company and they will make it dehd sexeh, then Bo' can work on the hardcore USMC thing until that can be moved to an American platform also.

i really want lots of sound mods - more than I want stupid texture changes...I mean FFS, the addons I first got were to f-uckoff that shilka sound, and the helo 30mm cannons. But anyway, I want a full mod for every gun, than makes the sounds more poppy (ie, BMP2 cannon sound) And I wanna ditch that sh-itty explosion sound, I mean think about it - people have arty addon/script but when the arty hits you dont here _THE BEST_ explosion in the game, that is, the 57mm Rocket bang, no you hear this f-ucking glass shattering and peices of tin, not a bloody shell hitting the ground. Also...umm, I wanna make all the explosions either the Mortar ogg, or the 57mm ogg. The others are homosexual.

You are wrong here, for you do not note the entire problem! It is all and any light source that is seen through objects and terrain. It most certainly is not a simply matter of lightposts.

I should add that as far as capitalism is concerned, I would have no desire to adopt non-principled capitalism that exists in a naked fight for wealth, without any logical laws which implemented obey the obvious foundations of human existence...yeeesh!

Yeah, hi.. Um, yeah ... about that payment for significant community members - like mod makers, and site operators (Avon etc), This is something that should be dealt with hopefully soon, however you know, so its like the community has to rise from the dead first

I’m buying Black Thorn just so you know what to keep going and what to throw in the ‘CS clone’ douche bag.
