I have no duplicates in addons, I have used mod folders from day 1. However, I am getting more lockups than ctds...like a computer "Brain freeze" but they aren't completely random. They happen when usually a script of some sort is about to initialize, like so far one has happened right as a chopper hit the ground and was about to explode, and another one happened right as i shot a soviet soldier from 10 feet away. <span style='color:red'>I am sad to say these lockups and ctds are show-stoppers They make this mod completely unplayable Playing the resistance campaign i get at least 1 lockup per mission, forcing me to restart my computer.</span> I have also found most of these are related to script errors. It locks up when a script is about to initialize.

this mod is great, thanks for the tip to fix that problem above However, i am having some problems...some minor lag on the first mission in the 85 campaign "flashpoint" but it is still playable and this isn't really a big problem. The real problem is i am getting lockups and ctds relatively frequently. reading back i see others are having the same problem, but i have no idea what could be causing this.

looking at that picture, i am pretty sure some of the textures at are from starwarsgalaxies. The ship and the building on the right are exactly like the ones from swg. I will note, however, the landspeeder looks 100% original, but the buildings look like they are from swg. If they aren't, well, good job click click click starwarsgalaxies has a lot of good stuff for pretty much all planets you could use. You might want to take some of their ships from jtl...they have a really nice xwing and tie fighter.

I am having some trouble getting this mod to work. I ran the installer and everything looks alright when I start it up...new splash screen and everything. However, although the interface is there on the main screen it says "error music track cccp missing" or something, and none of the units are replaced. Even though sound effects and interface are different, i played on desert island and there was just an old bis soviet with an old bis ak47.

click as said above, making a profit from free software I think is illegal. there were some samurai dudes done (see above link) but you could pretty easily modify these guys to get what you want if you are making an ancient japan mod.

the tank turret thing was tried in an earlier patch, but it lagged the game like hell so it was removed. Also, maybe this can be implemented in a future patch, but right now I don't want to see the released date pushed back further.

They look great, but unfortunately they are all starwarsgalaxies hacks from what it looks like

PLEASE don't add grass. It lags me shitless and is annoying to work around.

why not just release the files without the installer?

smoke looks nice, but please don't put too much smoke...in addition to looking unrealistic it clogs your field of view and gets annoying.

I have just a question, will enemies still drop their weapons and such? This was one of my favorite features from the old version, but it doesn't seem to be listed on the front page...

It would be great to use hyk's model In addition to being a better model, it would create more standardized and meshed-together feel if you used hyk and your marines in one mission. On that note of making them seem similar, will you still be using the old laser photograph gear? I think the gear on laser's new soldiers or maybe hyk's equipment would fit better with the rest of the addons available.

beautiful Actually, in the last version I thought the desert was excellent...its the woodland that needs fixing up, IMO. are you going to return to the lav as well and fix up some bugs? IIRC the ai didn't want to move or follow waypoints in the water which caused some problems with the lav. I can also see you are retexturing the vest/body armor and equipment. The body armor on sucheys looks outdated and ugly so I can't wait to see him fully renovated

I like the texture of the m16, but I don't like the model...its just a retextured version of the BIS one. But before I start ranting, i just should just wait to play with it

edited my post, they are his old deltas...read above edited post You are correct actually, the weapon pack is using a laser' teaser units which were released months before and contained just one unit.

The m16 in the photo isn't an m16. It is an SR25, and that weapon is by king homer...its a special-forces sniper weapon based off the m16 as a base I believe. You can download the weapon here. The soldier is laser's OLD deltas, which can be found here and are worse than his current batch of deltas/rangers, IMO.
