Alrite everyone, I am thinking of getting Arma 2 today as I really want this game and cant really be bothered to wait for the demo to see if I can run it. So I was wondering could my computer run the game on low/medium graphics without shadows or AA etc? AMD Athlon 64 X2 4800+, 65nm chip 3GB of 800Mhz Gaming Ram Window 7 RC fully updated Nvidia 8600GT XXX edition graphics card with newest drivers SATA Hard Drive and DVD Rom 500W PSU I can play Crysis on medium settings if that helps set a benchmark. Im not sure if this is the rite place to post this and if it isnt can someone move it to the rite place but anyway I have a question I really need help on. I am wanting to get the A.I to take off a BE32 plane with me and 19 others in the back but I have got it to everyone in the back but then I have no idea how to get him to take off. I put a move waypoint at the end of the runway but the Pilot just goes off to the left and crashes into a hager, Can anyone help me out. Cheers

Thanks lads a big help. Got another quick question though, when I load up Arma with the Chammy sound mod on its says "Addon CAA10 required" but it still starts up but does'nt sound as good as some of the vids ive seen can anyone help me out??

Hi I am not very good with reading maps with no destinctive features on, tonnight when I was training with th 22SAS clan doing selection to become a member I took to long with reading the map there were no destinctive features only mountains and landscape variations on the map and I got lost going round in circles. Some people from 22SAS said they would basic train me in reading maps but in the mean time is there any training maps, videos etc to help me? All help would be great

I only have a 1.8ghz, 1gb ram, 128mb graphics and 80 gb hard drive and it plays fine on high settings

Just wondering how come now that I have mod folders working when I start the game and go into editor just to test all my other addons and mods arnt there, I think its cause there is a data file in the mod folder but is there anyway to get them all working together? Â

Yes it is the modern warfare mod (soundpack) that is doing it for me.

Is there any way to get like a mini map at the bottom or top of your screen in multiplayer or singleplayer. I got told you can but not how to and it isnt in controls.

Any one no any good sound packs ive got FDF and the new relisem beta one but they arnt good cause you have to use mod folders were as i want to replace them with the origional games file but anyway anyone know of any other packs?
