all the textures files are in that one pbo lobolandtextures or something like that. and it is different then the old one that came with the Sinai.. -

those thungs actuall say Nigga and not nigger as if there is a difference. also nergo is french for black if I remember my french correctly. and the term sandnigger is used along when dealing with arabs and techincally chechens are not arabs they are russian.. well chechen but that is basically russian or umm salvicish. just call the faces arabish or dark skinned. -
I was wondering if mapfact was ever going to make a "winter" verision of the military objects, barracks, and sheds? with snow on the roofs etc.. since it is the one thing missing from those packs. thanks

yeah dim the centre might help also just realized. you need to remove the glass from the windows.

Needs more blackish and more redish. bust to use actual photos of rust to make rust textures. or use photos of real burned out armour(any would work) for the burned/rusted areas.. also modeling in a impact hole and some hull deforming do to weaking structure might add a little more to effect. also the AA model is of the BTR-60.. wich has a slightly heavier armour/structure.. but it does look alot better so far.

Do you realize how boring modern combat is? The US has not really been in a truly heavy infantry on infatry firefight in a long time where it is non-stop. some might say Somulia but even there there was long periods of calm and only a few points of fire and move for the most part is was static after the first few hours(for infantry). you might add in Falujia, Iraq but that was mostly combined arms and againest an illregual force. and also the US basically leveled the city and set up static points and waited for the "enemy" to attack and it was random and pocketed. but for the Desert Storm and Iraqi freedom there was few infatry battles where it was intense. it was usually slow paced static fire fights with VERY HEAVY shelling to drive the forces out into the open. most infantry battles are over pretty fast. less then 1 hour. but yes OFP lacks a good CBQ playablity. it takes alot to get it to work and you usually need to make the enemy forces static and random. AI has bad pathing ablity to the point of stupidity. An enhanced AI(engine wise) would help alot. but for the realism and simulation OFP is the best. and btw most of the view distance in CoD is around 500 to 1000 meters and the engine is designed for high poly and detailed models and terrian.

Ok I read some of the posts in this topic and I have to add. This is not a Scud launcher it is a FROG-7 Launcher MUCH shorter range and a more Direct Fire (flatter trajectory). It is also slightly newerish and more accurate then a Scud. Thunderbird you should not replace the Scud's with this. It also does not launch like a scud it is almost like the BM-21 or US MLRS. The Scud fires vertical and has a very high and long arc, where as this is only a slight arc and fired from a adjustable slant. The Frog-7 is like the old US Lance system. some info FROG-7
