This has got to be the best thread. Â I'm not complaining, as I've only been enjoying this fine sim for about a month. Â I'm learning from other shooters, who have the time to point out a target, or objective. Â I feel I've been kicked off,from different servers. because my ping is to high, or that I had more kills than the locals who know each other. Â It would be wise to accept new players, even though some of them can shoot your ass, as you camp behind a tree, or cheat. Â You must expect new players from time to time, as this is a superior game, with alot of challenges. Â Again, thanks to the few who have pointed out a target, that they knew about, from playing the same battle over and over. Â I'm sure you all started out parking yourself on the ground, and not moving from your spot. As I visit other sites, I'm amazed at the different attitudes (friendly vs. snobs) that I see. Â While the multiplayer aspect is satisfying, it could use quite a bit of improvement. My two cents worth Denisky :

Greetings. Â I've been enjoying OFP multiplayer for about a month now, played some excellent scenarios, and generally had a pretty good time, while still learning the ropes. Â My first question is...is it normal to fire several burst into another player(I see the blood hits) only to have the player turn, and kill me? Â Than the player runs along his merry way. Â I have a 56K modem, but the other players had about the same ping. Â I hate to mention the word "cheat", but these were all good hits. Â On one occasion, I emptied my whole clip, which he was killed at the end of my fireing. Â I've had OFP since the day it came out, so I know how to play it. Â I want to continue to enjoy it, on-line. Â Are there cheaters playing these games? Â Next question. Â Are there any servers in the Chicago area? or the USA for that matter? I know there are honest players out there, because I'm one of them
