I agree with most of your points, although, US Loses with 29 while the Russians Win with 18, or even less. The loading generally balances out. I'd say kicked for the match after 3 TKs if they don't get Votekicked prior. The VoteKicks defiantly need to be ID'd. That'd put a stop to the malicious kicking because someone is "Aggressive" or "Rude". Kill scroll would be nice.
