(proof of concept) Escape from Tarkov style stance/combat pace selection
Xilipink replied to OkRightBackToSleep's topic in ARMA 3 - ADDONS & MODS: DISCUSSION
It would be awesome to see that kind of flexibility in other games, especially for those who like a more tactical approach to movement and combat. If you do decide to turn this into a mod, I’d definitely be interested in checking it out! Also, if you're into Tarkov, things can get pretty tough in those raids, so some people turn to Tarkov Cheats to give themselves a bit of an edge. -
I hear you—it's super frustrating when a game feels stagnant, especially after all those balance changes with no new content. I think a building that enhances existing units could really add some depth and strategy to gameplay. The idea of a map where we can see and attack player bases based on levels sounds like it would create some fun interactions. Plus, introducing AI bases for loot would give players something else to focus on, which could shake things up. A global chat could definitely help keep the community lively; it’s tough when there’s not much to discuss. I’ve felt that drop in excitement, and it’s a bummer when alliances feel like they don’t matter much anymore.

Extended Debug Console in Game
Xilipink replied to richchad's topic in BOHEMIA INTERACTIVE - GENERAL
To turn off the extended debug console in Arma 3, go to the game's main menu, then check the options under the "Gameplay" tab. Look for any settings related to debugging or developer tools and toggle them off. If it still shows up, try restarting the game after changing the settings. -
I wish there were plans for a PS Vita version, but it doesn’t seem like it’s happening. I’ve had a blast using my Vita for other games, and it’d be awesome to see more support for it. If you’re really keen on playing it, maybe check out remote play or see if there are any emulators that could work. Just know those can be a bit hit or miss.

I’ve been in the same boat with wanting to play multiplayer games that are mostly dead. The trick is to see if the game has LAN or private server options—those are usually your best bet. Sometimes, I’ll hop into a Discord or Reddit group where people are still organizing matches. It’s hit or miss, but if you're patient and willing to do a little digging, you can still find games. I've managed to pull it off a few times with some older titles.
