ArmA 2OA does not start with the Battleye. Everything works without him. Windows is clean, only the graphics card driver and Steam. The problem is ONLY starting from version 26100+ (Windows 11 24H2 26100.1742 Official Stable Release). I reinstalled both Windows and Steam several times, even granted rights to folders (I had never had to do this before). I started ArmA 2OA using different methods: as an Administrator, and gave full rights to access both the folder and the entire Windows partition. I put back Windows 23H2 22631.4169. There are no problems there.
