It shows a lock under it im lvl 20. Ive seen videos about how to use it but since its lock and theres zero people thats had this happen to them im stuck. I want to be able to customize my character. Someone please help!! Ive even deleted vigor and re download it. Idk if im just supposed to by something like clothes to open it or do i have to unlock it some way?
