Hello Vigor team,
I’ve been a long time vigor player since it came out, and I’ve been buying all of the battle passes since day one. I’m writing this email because I think it is really unfortunate that they changed the battle pass count down with bar levels instead of number of days left. This makes it very difficult to know how much time left we have to complete the battle pass. I was trying to complete it when finding out last minute that I had little time to complete it. Unfortunately the season expired and I was not able to finish it. During those last hours of the season, I wanted to use my crowns to purchase the rest of the levels I needed but was not able to because the time went fast with the new battle pass starting and it was removed. Now I’m feeling discouraged to keep playing after losing out, especially after years of purchasing 100’s of dollars worth of crowns over the years on this game🤦🏻‍♂️ Please let me know if it’s possible to still use my crowns that I have to purchase the remaining levels that I needed to collect the gear.
