Terrain Builder export Road asset Error

Ok, I have followed the instructions, but it doesnt work for me. Because I am making a map for DayZ, not Arma 3, I'm assuming that I have to change the filepaths in the RoadsLib.cfg to the right textures in my P:/DZ Folder, right? Can I still use the Improved editor.sqs by lappihuan just to get it to work right now? -

Thanks again! One more question: Where exactly goes the last part? newRoadsShape = "\sfp_roso_c\data\roads\roads.shp"; It says "in your island config". Is that the config.cpp in my map folder? (P:/MapName/config.cpp) just drop it anywhere in there? -

hmm... I have tried exporting the polyline and then letting Terrain processor fill it with the road parts, but I get the same error message everytime when trying to export the map with pboproject. Is this not the right way? Yesterday I have tried extracting the game data with DayZ2p instead of DayZ Tools, and everything worked perfectly fine for about an hour. I could place the roads, edit them in Buldozer and playtest the map in DayZ Singleplayer. Then I worked on it a bit more and tried exporting it again, and I got the exact same error message, and I haven't got it to work ever since. -

Thank you! That seems like the most sensible answer to this Problem that I could get anywhere. Just to be clear: Do you mean the shapefile button in Terrain Builder or Terrain Processor? Where would i find that in Terrain Builder? Is the Road Tool in Terrain Builder completely obsolete then? Also, I could only send a request to download lappihuans shapefile mod, so I can't test that out right now. -

Hey everybody, for the last week I have been getting into Terrain Builder to create my own custom Map. So far, I have been stumbling my way through the process with the help of tutorials and forum posts. Up until now, I have managed to somehow solve the numerous Problems that present themselves through the very unintuitiv process of using Terrain Builder. But now I have encountered an error that I just cant understand, and is honestly driving me close to giving up on making my own map. Here is the Problem: Today, I have tried placing roads for the first time. I can place the Road Parts and edit them in Buldozer, no problem. But when I try to export my map to .pbo, I always get the same error message: "A binarised copy of DZ\structures\roads\parts\mud_6.p3d is missing and needs to be built in temp" I have tried using different methods (using Shape Lines, using the Road Tool, just placing Roads like objects), but nothing works. I have even tried reloading the asset library into the Project and unpacking the Game Data again. Nothing works. Can anybody help me with this Problem? And also: Why the hell is placing Roads so overly complicated??? Thx
