Does Bohemia respond to support requests?

It's been about 3 months since I sent an email in for support. I waited 2 weeks before submitting a follow up. I'm getting automated responses but still haven't heard anything. Very strange for a AAA developer. Is anyone else having this issue or know what's going on?
