I was playing on a server, and while playing the GM banned me! Every time I try to logon to the server it says Kick cause code: group=6 'PLAYER_MANAGER', reason=3'BAN'! How long does this last if not permanent and how would I go about getting it changed if it Is permanent?!

So I have Arma reforged on Xbox series s and the game works besides the comms. When I push hold to talk no one can hear me. I can hear everyone else talking but no one can hear me. Any solutions
