I'm having this problem too but i don't know what to do

I Only just bought Arma 3 And after clicking play a loading screen pops up for a bit then a error message comes up saying "can not Create Dx11" I have been lokking at pages for hours but cant find a solution can i be linked a video or have some help it would be appreciated
