Does anyone file for the earliest USAF mod from like 2014?

so recently i downloaded a campaign but I want to install it manually, its a "bin" file, should I put it in arma 3 steam folder or profile folder?

so my "data_f_mod.pbo" missing, can anyone please upload the file for me?
