Hello!, we from the Tour of Teamrespawn are actively looking for new Members for ArmA 3 and other tactical games! Who are we? We are a multinational gaming community centred around ArmA 3. Our foundations go back to 2003, where we pioneered our “Teamrespawn” playstyle in the game Vietcong. We have kept true to this slow-paced, methodical and tactical way of gaming through a multitude of games for almost 20 years now. How do we play? Our playstyle is centered around tactical gameplay that aims to balance milsim and fun. We do not lock roles or even leading positions behind rank. You can pick a new slot for every mission and aquire experience with a variety of weapons and hardware, or try out leading a squad yourself and learn how to command. Once in-game we dedicate ourselves to a fun and immersive experience, encouraging roleplay and using mission-appropriate tactics. We foster tactical gameplay through the use of challenging mission design and LAMBS AI. Combined with a 1 life per mission policy most of our missions are only won through team effort and focus. What do we offer? Semi-serious milsim gameplay with a focus on immersion and an authentic experience. A long-standing and multinational community that plays a multitude of tactical games. In addition to FPS and Milsim’s, we also have a dedicated Paradox games playerbase and multiple DCS enthusiasts. A ever expanding catalogue of hand crafted missions from our own mission makers. These range from modern-era special operations and platoon sized engagements to exploring other themes like Vietnam and WW2. We are always happy to welcome new mission creators or those who want to become one. Help will be provided through our experienced mission makers and a dedicated testing environment. A flexible level of involvement with no entry barriers. An active and social discord environment A place to forge new bonds and have a lot of fun! What do you need? The ability to communicate in English and follow orders during our sessions. A copy of ArmA 3 and Teamspeak. All official ArmA 3 expansions. We use Prairie Fire on dedicated Vietnam nights as well. Basic maturity. Joining the Tour is not restricted by age, but we expect our members to be respectful and commit to our style of play while in the game. Time to play. There are no attendance rules and you can decide for yourself how involved you want to become with us, but you will learn more about the community and it’s people by playing regularly.
