Vests, Helmets, Hats. I've got Arma 3 Tools and everything installed to work with the models etc

I'm new to mod making & don't quite know how to make custom equipment. I was wondering if someone would be willing to teach me how to make equipment or possibly be able to help me make some. I would appreciate any help pointing me in the right direction!
