Stalker z Czarnobyla

I've recently downloaded MiniDayZ 2 (so newbie) and went through tutorial and after the first visit to the base game sent me to the forest outskirts (literally the 1st location). I go towards a little shack and see a zombie. I want to smack him with a cleaver, but then I get 1-hit for no reason? Was it a special zombie or something is wrong?

So, I tried to visit Krasnograd centre for some looting, but every time before showing the location it crashed the game. When visited other locations available with lvl 3 watchtower it was all fine.
