Hi, I had this cyan color problem as well while using the High Command modules (which in turn use MARTA) on my dedicated server. I found another solution that doesn't involve writing any code. I solved this by running the game client using the server profile and opening the main menu. This sets up the necessary variables in the profile namespace causing the "Server.vars.Arma3Profile" file to appear in the filesystem. If running the game client is not possible, it may be sufficient to copy over a "User.vars.Arma3Profile" file from another profile (and rename to the server profile name). Basically, it seems that MARTA tries to load data from the user profile to get the right colors, and if the user profile is not fully generated by opening the Arma 3 main menu, then it will use the fallback color cyan for everything. Hope this helps someone, I was frustrated by this for a long time.
