    Season 7 ideas

This is just some rattling around the old noodle thoughts of the newest season of Vigor or maybe next season depending on where they are in development. Season 7 (8) Phantoms, the ghosts of (Map Title) The season would center around stealth or more like distractions and or getting the jump on the enemy not unlike Season 2 (Hunters) but this time with a few unique ideas. First big idea would be a small, entirely indoor map. It'd be roughly the size of the Batterie maps with the same player amounts but the two big features would be its incredibly dark environment (which would lend to a new tool idea) And the lack of mortars being of any use. This would come with the bonus and drawback of no longer having to worry about them but also not have them at your own disposal. This is not to say they'd be useless as you could still use them in close proximity to enemies as a distraction a big part of the season. As for the new tools they would only be two. Fake footsteps, and flares. Fake footsteps are pretty self explanatory; similar to the decoys they'd play a short loop of running, walking, crouch walking, and crawling sound effects to throw off enemies. Flares would have a big role in lighting areas which wouldn't only be useful on the new map but also on the latest night maps with a unique feature of being able to partially blind players looking directly at or very close to them which would greatly aid in rushes or distractions. In terms of weapons they would be a new knife (I know not very exciting but in terms of the context I think it would work) styled after trench knives with a knuckle duster grip and standard base damage of 25 and of rare quality. Next would be an M1 Garand. While not a European weapon and it being relatively old I think if the PPsh can get away with it so can the Garand. It'd be either rare or military grade quality with around 35-40 damage and weight of 3-4.5 And lastly they would be the Welrod, again, an older weapon but I think similar to the knife it could work with the setting. Being slow to fire is the main drawback but it'd make up for it with a decently high 40 damage and it being suppressed. Rarity of uncommon. In terms of the cosmetics for this season they would go with the dark, somewhat edgy setting by being just that. There'd be one new outfit with three variants. The full outfit would be a head to toe black patch work coverings. Having the appearance of a full body track suit zipped all the way about with three straps on the torso, one going along the stomach and the other two on either shoulder clipping to the belt around the waist. On the pant legs would be knee pads along with elbow pads on the well, elbows. As for the face it would be a t-shirt wrapped tightly down on the head with goggles keeping it in place and covering the players eyes. The variants would come it grey, navy blue, and solid black black with a white painted on skull covering the face and the goggles painted white aswell. Three variants of an outfit composed of a simple boiler suit. Similar to the work jacket without the hoodie covering it and not as baggy. The variants would consist of the same base colors of the full outfits; grey, navy blue, and pitch black with the addition of a crude writing on the back depicting (in English or Norwegian) "Kick me!" When it comes to face paints there would be three. One depicting thick drawn on angry eyebrows with a matching frown. Another would be the same but with the eyebrows slanted up to look scared. And an all white face paint with a black spiral along the entire face. And finally, for head stuff. First three would be just backwards ball caps of solid green, yellow, and camo. And lastly three masks. All would be full plastic face masks, similar to the anonymous mask but no mustache. They would come in all white, a muddled white with crack like makeup over it to look like a cracked statue. And lastly an all yellow one with a thick black painted over smile to make it look like a smiley face. I appreciate you reading this and wouldn't mind any feed back or other ideas. If this ever does make it into the game just a headsup to the devs and anyone who cares. My gamertag is GlynnisMTA.
