Still need to fix bolt action rifles, still cant open blue metal lock boxes that are in the red barnes the m21 scope is still offset

It would be nice to know what all the different symbols mean on the crafting bench? 
I've worked all of them out apart from one, which is the man with the stars going around his head, any ideas what this means?
The bolt action rifles (Mosin Nag) reload animation still hasn't been fixed, every time I reload, the reload animation will reload again so I'm reloading the gun twice when it should be once, I hope that makes sense?
You've also stated "Bullet damage over distance revised" we need to know how this has changed?
