I've actually reached out to Bohemia themselves and asked them this. They say they do, but it's extremely doubtful. For a game as buggy as this, you'd expect one of the priorities is to make sure players' problems are solved with great agility.

My internet is near perfection, and I have the same issue. I've also seen about 2 other posts stating the same issue. Personally, I've also had this issue and costed me games I had an upper hand in. Unfortunately, I cant help you but can say you're not alone.

Whenever a quest pops up that requires me to craft consumables I think to myself "that'll be quick and easy!" But it's very annoying. After crafting 2 consumables, the game just loves to go back to the dashboard and as you know, the game takes quite a bit of time comparitively to other games. This is a minor but consistent issue that is definitely starting to bug me.
