45-year-old adult male looking for other mature players...Not new to Arma but certainly not a veteran...looking for ops with some pvp if possible?

Hello and thank you for your consideration. I'm a 45 year old male and a long-time gamer. I've been in a few Arma 2 and 3 squads but they never matured into a well functioning squad and they've disbanded. I'm looking for a mature group to play with. I like realism but nothing too crazy. I'd like to join a squad that used vehicles and aircraft. I'm a bit rusty on my game functionality but that will be a very small learning curve to get back up and running.
