  1. @wogz187 the issue with careless is it seems there's no way to make them run while in that state, also I deleted the mission, if you want it'll take me 2 minutes to recreate the scenario it's literally just Unit A (Blue) move to a building, Unit B (red) are across a bridge out of sight, when Unit A reach the building to set up Unit B advance towards building, when they reach my marker about 20~ feet away from the building behind cover, they search and destroy. But what happens is they see my units as soon as they cross the bridge and go into to combat mode there. I still want to find a way around this though, It'll almost definitely be useful in the future and for a mission I'm thinking about making @Gunter Severloh one of them led me back to what I've been trying C2 and FHQ mod but neither of their "Autocombat mode off" commands work they still engage for a while before moving on, and even then frequently one of two will be stuck forever shooting at the enemy, I'm going to try the other init lines though @GEORGE FLOROS GR thanks ^^ and yes actually I really like it with the STUI mod, although some functions don't work, like the tablet some orders just get ignored in tablet mode, autocombat says it's off but they behave the same, and one or two more things
  2. @wogz187 @Maff sorry for not being clear. I have two issues, both for single player mission editing, one is in the editor I'm trying to make a wave style defence mission where the AI run up close to a building with my men in it to assault it but they always get aggroed by my team firing at them far away before they get to where I want them to set up. The second issues is when commanding a squad, fps style, they always engage when they see an enemy even if it's a terrible situation and should just keep going

I've looked through so many threads and comments and tried so many commands, and downloaded half a dozen mods but none of them make the ai just go where they're told by squad leader or waypoint, the closest I've gotten is making them not fire, but they still move and shuffle around as if they were firing and get shot up because of it. If anyone knows how to sort this out it would help me a bunch
