WAVtoWSS is slowing down my audio file

I am trying to input custom sounds, however when I put my WAV through the converter, it slows down the sample by a ridiculous amount. original sound What happens when I convert to WSS I'm kind of lost here as to what the issue might be. Any help that anyone could provide would be appreciated! Thanks!
