The Mosin Negant, and other loading systems on the XBox One Vigor servers are bugged. The Mosin, requires you to press A, and jump to reload the next round in the five round magazine. Also found with the Silver Pigeon shotgun, and possibly with weapons i've not collected, or unlocked. VaporyChicken97
