Arma 3 My ground and shadows have a constant flickering

My pc specs: i5 7400 Gtx 1060 3GB 8GB Ram As I walk foward or look around the area I get a constant flicker on the ground and on some bushes but mainly the ground and it intensify and constantly flickers with shadows on the ground as well -
