Task group 2 is a growing semi Milsim unit/community within ARMA 3. We undertake a variety missions types from search and rescue to full on assault on fixed positions and everything in between including campaigns. We host a dedicated ARMA 3 server as well as TeamSpeak and Discord servers. These all support the community feel including many things to do outside of ARMA.
Prospective recruits undertake a short interview just so we can get a feel that they are a good fit for us and we are for them. Once this is complete, they are assigned a recruit role for 1 month. Unlike some other Milsim communities we do not specify any rigorous training but rather train within live missions; they are right in the action straight away! Recruits are placed within a section and guided through their first steps.
We offer training in many roles required within the unit once the recruit period is complete. This is when individuals can plan what they wish to do within the unit or try their hand at new things. Although we use ranks within game to ensure we are organised and each member knows their role, we do not use ranks out of game. This allows everyone within our community to have a say and chill out in a relaxed atmosphere.
