It's caused by some mods/missions postInit script not finishing. Might aswell be your mission if you are using postInit in CfgFunctions.
Sorry about that man, I'll do that next time. But is there a way to make MCC work? I do have that installed, but i usually use that to make the missions we play on the fly.

Before i start explaining my issue, I DO HAVE MODS INSTALLED. Modlist will be attached to the post. So on to my issue, when i try to host a server with my milsim unit, everyone can connect and pick their roles and begin loading in. Right after they get to about 80% done with the loading they start to hear game sounds, and they can even walk around while the loading screen is stuck on their monitor. Does anyone know why this is, or if any mods are incompatible in some way? Thanks in advance.

Update: I found a video which supplies a init.sqf (Credit to Rybolt) file that fixes it, additionally mcc also causes problems but after the file is being used, mcc has no issues . The video is linked below for anyone with similar problems. I'd also like to thank everyone for their support!
