BACKGROUND: NotBotz are a small squad that specialise in Reconnaissance and Guerilla fighting techniques. We are currently 2 active members, but we are part of a larger gaming group known as NATO and WAPA Operations with 20+ active members in the US, UK and EU. NotBotz are primarily from a gaming background rather than having served in the military, so on a squad level we adopt a relaxed approach to military simulation gameplay. We have been playing ARMA3 for a number of years, and have recently moved from playing vanilla recon ops or escape missions to working with a milsim group using ACE3, along with a number of other mods. NATO and WAPA Operations is an organisation which runs co-op missions for multiple squads to take part in side by side. Squads are from all backgrounds and specialisations, though a willingness to cooperate and work with the mission commander is key. WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for 2 new recruits to join the NotBotz LRRP squad where they will play an important role as a medium machine gunner and assistant machine gunner, with the aim of learning to operate as a number of weapons teams including anti-tank, 60mm mortar, GMG and HMG roles. No experience is required, as we can provide full training where needed. So even if you are completely new to ARMA 3, feel free to get in touch. We play weekly on Friday or Saturday nights from 2200 GMT/BST until around 0100 (mission schedule is varied a little due to other squads).
