Who are we? Hunters Company was established in 2014 during operations in Arma 2 and has since evolved into Arma 3 Operations in 2016. We are a Semi-Realistic milsim group that prides on providing players with an immersive but enjoyable and fun experience in Arma 3 through our operations. We are a unit, a family, we work together with all of our members and strive to achieve enjoyable and rememberable experiences. We played in ArmA 2 until late 2015, and moved to ArmA 3 in 2016. We are European based, but our unit has many North American members, and our schedules usually fit North American timetables as well. What do we do? Our operations are organised and played with a Zeus controller in mind, which makes our operations flexible and more varied, as it allows us to evolve the battlefield on the fly, keeping the operation running smoothly. Our missions consist of 3 main seasons: the Vietnam era (AKA PTSD Era) from September until November, Modern day from November until May and World War 2 from May until September. In addition we also have non-official events such as PvP, tank battles and air to air dogfights. Every now and then we host Coop Operations with different groups. We also play other games in our spare time, which helps bonding between veterans and new members; anyone can join in on on our teamspeak server and be part of the fun! What do we expect from you? We like people who can be fun and have decent sense of humor, but mature and serious in the missions, respectfully, and obedient towards superior officers. We expect new members to be loyal and friendly to the family they chose to join. In HC there is no place for drama, and everything is straight forward. We like to take pride in good mission making, and solid operations. Our members are not expected to call anyone by rank or as "Sir", but we do expect a basic level of maturity and respect for both the General Staff as well as other members and leaders. Our Organization Hunters Company consists of 3 main branches, which include the Army, HC Armored Brigade (HCAB) and the HC Air Force (HCAF). Our Army structure also consists of a Platoon, divided in different Squads and Fire Teams, with a Platoon leader, Squad leaders, Fire-Team leaders and their subordinates (Rifleman, Machinegunner, Medic, etc).
